Beleive the reviews and just go elsewhere. Service is super slow, and my order had missing food. Lovely surprise when you live 30 minutes away.... they even asked me if I WANTED the coleslaw and I said yes. They didn't even replace with extra fries, just completely left the coleslaw out.
I’m already back at work and don’t have time to go up and complain. I know it’s just food but i haven’t ate all morning, and work has been a pain. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries. WHERE IS THE RANCH? Photo to follow…..
So upset.
This is ridiculous I came here to put in a family order and figured instead of going and setting in the drive through with a big order I’d go inside and mind you the drive through was already wrapped around the building then I ordered and got my drinks in the coke machine most of the products were out of syrup so there was limited choice in the machine but I said ok that’s fine I’ll have sprite and made my kids drinks and took them to the truck when I came back to the building they lock all the doors so nobody else could come. I’m still sitting here 30 minutes later. Some customers just managed to get in when someone left and the lady behind the counter just ignored them and I overheard them as they left “welp I guess they don’t want our business” then left. Finally got my food and was able to leave. At least my food order was correct and I’d was super fresh.
It's their first time eating at the Zaxby's. We both got a real good sandwich. My partner had a club chicken sandwich and mine is just the regular Zaxby's chicken sandwich, both with french fries and a drink. The fries were wonderful. The chicken sandwich was fantastic. Both of us really enjoyed it. This is a good location. Everyone's very friendly and Jaden was extra special help to us. Thank you very much
Worst zaxbys i have ever visited they take 10 minutes to get to me even when I'm the next person to order them takes over 30 minutes to prep it and then when they call your name they just walk away leaving you standing there for another 5 minutes just got you to open and check your food and the fries are room temperature and your boneless wings look like batter just fried no meat really then barely any fries and they are not cooked properly
Girls seem confused... lots of people waiting up front, lots of orders just sitting in bags behind the counter getting cool, trash cans overflowing, flies buzzing around the tea dispensers aaand dirty tables and floors. - yeesh..
When we arrived, at lunchtime, they were very busy. The drive thru was packed and the dining room was open. We were not greeted, but were able to place our order quickly. Given how busy they were, the wait was to be expected. After receiving our meal, it was discovered that we had not received nor been charged for an additional fry that was ordered. I had to go back inside to place another order. The wait for an order fries was ridiculously long. The food was tasty, but given the hassle, it wasn't worth it.
No ice for drinks, multiple drinks that were only carbonation no syrup, teriyaki sause cups only filled 1/4 of the way then want to charge me for extras because they want to give a drip of sauce. My cheesecake bites were perfect though
