Shoutout to Kendra, she a real one for real.
This place has a lot of potential but is managed poorly, it’s not 2020 ppl, covid was 4 years ago, okay? There should be zero reason for lobby closure, especially when Uber drivers and door dashers, are tryna make they money, and can’t due to the industry nowadays. You had 15 drivers jumping out of drive thru and came to the door… OnLy because of my customer? I sure hope this doesn’t happen no more. All our orders were just sitting in the back? You have a whole pickup shelf… don’t want thief’s? Place it behind the counter or something… I mean jeez it’s ridiculous since Covid. All businesses turned into zero customer service Walmart, Zaxby’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, five below almost all of the Dollar General… I think the biggest problem in today’s day and age is there is no more customer service. It’s self-serve customers… not everyone wants this, I mean, you could really be helping people with just good customer service.

Fresh and delicious for every family. Comfort food for all.
The food and service at this location has been great recently. I would have rated them lower if the service was mediocre due to the fact that the place is not kept very clean, especially the bathrooms, windows, and doors. However, I am giving a generous 4 out of 5 for how nice everyone is every time I pick up my order or order inside. My order is always accurate as well. I will come back and edit my review if I see a substantial improvement of cleanliness.
Review Continuation:
After several times of returning to this location, nothing much changed as far as cleanliness. If that's not a problem for you, you may like stopping here. If you want cleanliness, stop at Buckner's down on exit 201 in Jackson. That place is kept well clean. I used to work there and the folks there keep one of the cleanest kitchens I've ever seen. Plus, the food is awesome. I will try and leave the rest of my review for Buckner's in its proper place. Stay tuned for more of my reviews! ????
Not good! Service is poor. They don’t seem to even care about the customers. The food was dried up. Like it’s been sitting out all day. My sister got a salad she found hairs in her salad. I don’t understand why the line be long at this location. I will never go back here. I’d rather drive a little further to the other zaxby’s.
We had A takeout meal from this location that was poor at best. Our order consisted of seven AVACADO RANCH tacos and some sides. While the sides were fine (though NO SAUCE was included in the bag,) the tacos were dry and overcooked. Further, they had nothing but lettuce, tomato, chicken, and bacon. No avocado, no ranch and again, no sauces were included in the taped closed bag I got from the takeout line. If you go to this store, be sure to double check your order before you take it home.
I've order food from multiple locations and have never had an issue or problem until now. I ordered my food at 10:22pm. My food was not ready until 10:50pm. I told the associate instead of ranch please give me blue cheese. The associate told me ok. Then gave me my food with zax sauce and when I asked for the blue cheese, he stated it is locked up for the night since it is closing time. Horrible speed and customer service at this location.
Every time I come to this Zaxby’s these kids are messing up my order. They don’t pay attention to anything you say and have the nerve to take forever to answer through the speaker. My daughter doesn’t eat meat and I got her a grilled cheese. I come home and see tenders. Pay attention !!
Service is always great. They are polite and attentive. Food always hot and made to order. My kids love to order online and get the extra freebies.
