Ordered a grilled chicken salad suppose to have tomatoes cucumbers cheese fried onion lettuce. When I saw my sale I was shocked all I saw was lettuce and chicken. I took it back and talked to a manager she said we only give 1 oz of each item. I said I don’t see any she said that’s the way they are now. Attached is the pictures they should use for their picture. Theirs is misleading

Decided to give Zaxbys a try for dinner tonight, didn’t want to get in Fun Fest mess. Currently on a calorie deficit so it’s hard to order fast food that can accommodate these dietary restrictions. I decided to order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal. I received my order opened my box excited to eat. I was disappointed to open the box and find my bun flipped upside down, pickles, tomatoes, and ranch scattered all the box. The bun was soggy and it was extremely messy. I would maybe expect this kind of thing if I ordered online and had my food delivered. Don’t get me wrong the sandwich itself was great, thankful for healthy options like this! The food doesn’t have to be wrapped in a bow but it would be nice and keep customers coming back if the food was prepared with care.
They should not be using someone outside to take orders. She wasn’t knowledgeable and the printed menu is incomplete without prices. They wouldn’t use the regular drive through so we could look at a detailed menu and then were very rude at the window. I was just trying to figure out what to order. We left without even ordering and won’t be back anytime soon, not worth the extra hassle!
Got the chicken fingers meal. Nastiest things I've ever tasted. They tasted like they had been fried in old fish grease! So sick at my stomach it's ridiculous! Definitely WILL NOT go back and Do NOT recommend.

The Grilled chicken was hard an horrible. Took the first one BK second one was a little bit better but still very over cooked. Hubby had chicken strips meal absolutely delicious
Me and my wife go to this location often. And it seems as if the staff continues to get worse and the quality continues to go down as children are running a kitchen. I dont write reviews but this last time, today seemed too far and things need to be addressed.
After ordering my food i was asked to pull up as they was finsihing my 1 year olds grilled cheese. Before i pulled away i asked the girl at the window for extra sauses and as usual they agreed, i waited for around 6-ish minutes for my order at my car and went home to find that all of the chicken was like rubber to mine and my wifes meal. As if it sat under a hot light for the last 4 hours and they was overcooking to keep up and failed to take quality into account. And not only was the extra sauses NOT included, but the sause that comes with the meals wasnt even with our food. The fries were also rubber like and tasted awful.
So to SUM THINGS UP
The chicken was rubber, the fries as well, and no one can follow simple directions to put sauses in the bag, and the only thing worth it from my almost 40$ order for 3 people was the drinks from the soda machine.
I like to go to Zaxby's. Almost every week my husband and I go there and enjoy their food.
We also went to the Johnson City branch, but we think that Zaxby's in Kingsport is the best. The atmosphere is very cozy and everything is very nicely furnished.
The only one thing I don't like is that there is no diaper-changing station in the restroom. My daughter is 1 year old and if suddenly she does her business we have to change the diaper in the car. But everything else is great.
Fast drive thru service. Fresh chicken. Amazing quality for the price. The food looks and tastes amazing. Friendly staff and honestly if you have a problem with the food they will make it right with a fresh replacement. 10/10 would recommend
