I am quite impressed with the quality and size of the salad (zalad) it was a busy lobby and the workers kept trucking, I'd recommend it.
Went through the drive through took them 27 mins to get the stuff out. Rude people and handed us our stuff after pulling into a slot and waited, didn’t say anything. And the order was wrong. A guy in front of us pulling out was stopped looking in his bag and I could see him shake his head. What a horrible place. Won’t go there again!
Horrible zaxbys location, waited 30 mins for my food while other customers got there’s behind me. Terrible customer service. Employees don’t pay attention asking me repeatedly what my order was after them giving me my receipt. All of the employees were playing around in drive thru.
The worst service. We waited over 25 minutes for our meals. The manager was on his phone in the dining area from the time we arrived until the time we left - about 35 minutes and doing nothing to help his employees (see pice below). Never again.
My wife, son, mother-n-law and I stopped to have lunch today. The place was pretty busy. While we waited for our order we watched Kenny (manager in training from Charlotte) do an amazing job leading an under staffed team! Kenny is the definition of leading by example! If I wasn't retired and still owned my own company; I'd hire him based how he managed his team, his positive attitude, politeness and amazing customer focus and engagement! Huge applause for Kenny! Waited in drive through for twenty five minutes to order. Then ten minutes to window. Was told it would be ten more and to pull to rail to wait.Asked if they were going to forget me, and told no. Twenty minutes later someone delivers another vehicle’s order. He stops by my truck and ask if I was waiting and if I had paid. I told him what I had ordered, then follow him inside. He hands me a bag and I tell him it was special order. He tells me it is right. It was not. First review I felt the need to share.
Chicken don't even fit the taco boy fast food is starting to suck worse and worse
Absolute worst experience ever. First and last experience at a Zaxbys. I'm not sure if they are all like this one but if so, idk how they're even in business. Food was mediocre at best and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for two meals.
