We stopped here on our road trip back toward home after our vacation in Florida. It was just days after Hurricane Helene & It appeared that everybody else was in the same boat as us, just getting to food after passing through parts of Georgia that were hit very bad and did not have any power or options for restaurants.
There were lots and lots of people. The food took a little bit longer due to this, however, I feel the staff was doing a great job handling the chaos and served us hot, fresh food As quickly as they could. We really enjoyed the chicken, fries, and the sauces! Props to this location for handling that day, and who knows how many others, so well!
The woman who took our order was very kind and professional. Our order was accurate and yummy. The restaurant was filthy-no clean tables, garbages overflowing, etc. They only have 2 high chairs despite there being many many children in the restaurant so most people had to hold their babies. They have no changing table.
Edit: they remade my order and it was so much better the service was also great! Maybe it was just a one off experience. Thanks Zaxby's
Ordered online the Asian salad, I was so excited that it was back and the eggroll is usually my favorite. Not today, they gave me a black burnt eggroll and drowned the salad in teriyaki. I'm disappointed.
Overall I was disappointed with Zaxby’s. It was a long wait, food was lukewarm when I got it, sandwich tasted like it was sitting for a long time, fries were not crisp. We also got the cheddar bits… meh.
If this is the way Zaxby’s is, there are far better places to go for chicken.
We almost skipped it due to bad reviews,but it was close and we like Zaxbys. Beth ordered a salad, walked back to hotel, it was a greasy sandwhich.
They took our order, and we got our food right away.
The place is very well kept up.
People there are very nice .
The restaurant was filled with families post church and traveling through and not a single changing table available / seen. Be better Zaxbys! No one wants to change their baby on the floor of a fast food restaurant.
Chicken was actually perfect, but no sauce in bag, no fork in bag, diet coke wasn't swapped out and tasted bad. Just a ruined meal by this Zaxbys location. Over charged also as icing on my sauce less cake.
