I ordered a Zax pack. All they gave us was thin, dry pieces of chicken. What a rip off!!! And this location did not have salads!! This is the last time I come to this location!! And I didn’t get a receipt, so I can’t complain online.
I have eaten at this location for years. Went there one last time today 12/8/24. I was told the restaurant was permanently closing at the end of day today. I am really going to miss this location. I have gotten excellent service and hot fresh food each visit. I wish all of the employees well with this sudden closure.
went for grilled chicken sandwiches. they were fine, fries were excellent, fresh and crispy. wings were not even warm and my brother's signature sandwich had a dry chicken inside. they replaced it with no problem but we ate the cold wings anyway
Horrible customer service:
I recently visited your location, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. The service I received was unprofessional and left much to be desired.
While placing my order, the staff member taking it continuously interrupted me, cutting me off mid-sentence, which made it difficult to communicate my order clearly. When I arrived at the window, I had two separate orders, but the staff member, Tamia, failed to follow my instructions on how to process the payments—despite being informed of these moments earlier.
In addition to the poor service, the quality of the food was subpar and did not meet expectations. Overall, the customer service at this location was unprofessional and unacceptable.
I strongly recommend that the management takes immediate action to improve both the quality of service and the training of staff to ensure customers feel respected and valued. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Well what can I say ! We have heard this is a chicken place ,we wanted to try as this is ina good location. However there were not many people whenever I see , I wanted to see what’s all this about. We ordered sandwich /wings and fries. The only thing good about it is the fries . Rest all tasted really bad soggy sandwiches. Wings were like frozen stuff not properly cooked and not great at all. The staff were nice only . Nothing else is good about this place. They really have to step up their game if they want to be in business. I wonder how much they make with this poor quality food. The sauces are good , they could really do good with such a good location.
Food and atmosphere look good but service is horrible, especially waiting time. The front desk and kitchen people are talking about each other rather than concentrating on the work and customers. There are literally 3 orders, and it took 18 minutes to get my order in a fast food restaurant. I will other visit anytime
The food poisoning I experienced was unimaginable. Never again. To think I pulled into a parking spot to wait for my next vomit. You're safer option is to cook your own food. Eat here at your own risk.
First time here visiting a zaxby in Texas. My kids meal barely had no fries, the quality of the food was very poor also and not fresh. When I went to the counter and brought it to the attention of the manager she argued with me about how many fries you get in a kids meal. Never again will I come back or spend money here.
