This Zaxbys is HORRIBLE do not waste your money.. I ordered Great 8 and wings and things on door dash they literally sent us half the wings no fries no straws no sauce toast burnt literally took a bite and spit it out $45.00 for food my dog wouldn't eat. Had to re-order 3 times and still was wrong. Don't waste your money or time.
I had a terrible experience at Zaxby’s. The customer service was awful from the start. They kept messing up my order over and over, and no one seemed to care. Janya, who was working the door, forgot parts of my order multiple times and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. I was left waiting and had to keep checking that I actually got what I ordered. If you’re looking for fast food without the hassle, I’d suggest going somewhere else because this location clearly needs to work on its service and attention to detail.
I placed an online order tonight for my mom to pick up. The order was a bit delayed before it made it to the store, but the staff and manager on duty were very helpful and patient with my Mom and with me as well. They made sure that everything was correct and the customer service was excellent.
Should’ve taken the clue when the place was empty at 5:30pm. The chicken was hot but that’s the only positive. Multiple drink options were not available including regular Coke and others were mixed and only dispensed syrup. The worst though was the obviously cold and stale French fries. The size of the tenders have also gotten much smaller.
Chicken sandwich was not what I expected
UPDATE 11/10/2022: Terrible service, terrible quality food and cold food as well. Employees DO NOT follow instructions and requests on mobile orders and even ordering 15 minutes ahead of time is still a 10 minute wait for your cold, dry, and tasteless food served by rude and disrespectful employees. I'll never recommend nor will I ever go back, thos is my 3rd bad experience here and definitely my LAST! So I'll post some photos with my cold chicken fingers, along with my cold "un-seasoned" fries in which I was really looking forward to. I stated "EXTRA SEASONING" for the fries, it shows on the receipt ticket, the photos tell the true story.
Completely dead at this location and I still had to pull up and wait for a single combo early. Brought me out a dry chicken sandwich with nothing on it (pickles weren’t just thrown in with the fries, not even on the sandwich. They didn’t bother to put the “signature sauce” on their “signature” sandwich. So I had to go inside and ask for it. Of course, you’d think I was just a horrible person for asking according to their reaction.
Just another place going down hill. Too many options for chicken tenders to even care.
Good food…friendly, fast service. My 10 year old wanted to go for the Mr Beast Box which he said was pretty good! Inside was clean and conducive to an enjoyable eating experience which I cannot say about a lot of “fat food” places! The price was comparable to most other eateries of that nature.
The store has a serious fly infestation. It took 15 minutes to get our food. The staff, including the manager, were very unprofessional. They were cursing and just loud. The lobby was dirty. The counters were nasty and sticky. I will NOT be returning to that location.
