Employee at counter was very pleasant. A nice change from Metro Atlanta post-Covid restaurant attitudes. Was nice to feel welcome.
Had a Cobb salad, which was quickly served to the table. Salad was well made and fresh. Very enjoyable for a dinner meal. Unfortunately, like everything else, prices have gone up. $11 seems pricey for salad.
I got a Mr.Beast Box and the fried white cheddar bites seemed as though they were put back in the fryer or microwaved.
This Zaxby's usually gets the food right, and it's usually hot when you get it.
That said, do NOT use the app and select Drive-thru pickup. That puts you thoroughly on the back-burner. Currently, I'm sitting in Spot 1, that they had me pull forward to, and waiting. I started typing this at 14 minutes of wait time...
Ended up waiting 17 minutes for three tacos, some fries, and a tea.
One of the better Zaxby locations that I’ve been to. Our server, Alex, was extremely polite and helpful. Always fresh, and the order is always correct. Thanks for the great work!
If I could give this place a -5 STAR I would I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I received a signature chicken sandwich now I do eat at zaxbys on a regular bases so I figured ok these people know what to put on the order, I get home and this sandwich was fried with a sauce that was spicy, this sandwich wasn't for me "I like spicey food " red flag fried vs. Grilled so I called this location: a female answered so I asked to speak with the manager. Come to find out she was the manager when I told her what had happened she wanted me to bring the sandwich back up there to her. Giving the time I informed her I couldn't make it there before they closed and ask what are we to do about this, no doubt o used a foul word and was asked not to. But when the district manager ms. Scotland told me she would remake my sandwich, knowing I couldn't pick it up in 8 min told me she would remake it and leave it on the counter for me to pick up in the morning lolz then hung up on me. So I called back and young man a.j. answered this time so I asked to speak to the manager and he told me she just left the store so I told him ill speak with his general manager in the morning. At this point I wanted the managers name and asked for it and Mr. A.J. informed me that her name was Scotland and she was the district manager. So my lady called the next day and mr. AJ answered the phone and said since they had cuss words used at them they was not replacing the order. This location lied to me and sold me this for a grilled chicken sandwich.
Davis wasn't just pleasant, he was friendly and helpful with getting my order just the way I wanted it. Great attitude and funny! This young man is going places!!
Employee completely neglected hand washing in men's restroom at 1:56 pm ET on Oct. 8 2024, left bloody gauze on sink.
Tried the Chipotle Ranch Chicken Taco today. Excellent! These were delicious and large portions. Hope it stays on the menu. Very nice lady at the counter also!.
