This place use to be really good but now there just a shitty place and there all lazy and they make the food way before it should be done
The employees here at this Greer Zaxby's need to be retrained. Nothing is ever right, I never received my sauces anytime I go, always an extremely long wait in the Drive-Thru and then I always get told to pull forward to wait for my food. Not to mention today when I go of course all the same stuff happens but then I the woman at the drive-thru argues with me about what I ordered, she messed up my order, try to overcharge me, argued with me, and when I get home I realize there's no sauces, I barely have any fries, and I spent $47 on a $43 order. This is complete insanity. I call up there to complain and I get told that the manager is the one who packed the bag and I questioned her as to why I'm missing fries and sauces if you packed it yourself. And of course I met with an attitude and I was yelled at because of their failures and their incompetence. The incompetence at this restaurant runs high please avoid at all costs go out of your way to Greenville go somewhere else because Greer Zaxby's is a joke.
I haven't dined in at this location but I go in to pick up my order all the time and the food is always fresh, staff is nice and establishment is always clean!
The food is good but everytime I go to drive thru the workers have bad attitudes. Like why work there if you’re gonna have a bad attitude?
The fries were good, the floor its super clean, the Milkshake its kinda good, the chicken is good. All the food were great, always come here
Hi, on a Sunday evening around 5 PM July 28th 2024 this young lady lightskin bright afro that works at the drive-thru was angry when I say "hello" going up to the call to greet and while at the drive through window she starts to complain to me about needing to wait and she was obviously angry about it... I can't say hello? I always greet at drive-thrus anyways please fix this issue and I need yall to tell her to "Change your job if you don't like people talking on the call" Thank you and if you don't believe me. Check the cameras
Do not go to the zazbys in Greer. 15 minute wait. Food was cold and both orders was wrong. Girl up front was wiping her nose with her hand and giving out food. No she didn't wash her hands. So in under thirty minutes our food was wrong, cold, and with a side of snot. We've Been sitting here for 45 minutes just to express this all to the manager. While same said Girl walks to the side to chat on her phone. Guess the phone call in a rush was important. I will always go to the one in Duncan for now on.
Well.... Drive thru was fast, but I'm not into chicken tender sandwiches. It was hard keeping everything between the bread! Fries are seasoned, not my favorite, lots of people love Zaxby's, but, for me...bye bye birdie!
