Little disappointed in the chicken bacon ranch. Not what I have gotten in past at other locations. This one was light on toppings.
First time trying zaxby's. Cashier was friendly, food took a bit of time but we did come at lunch time so they were busy. The seating area was a little crowded... felt like the tables were on top of each other. Not much room to move around with chairs pulled out and people sitting. Once food came it was actually pretty good... hubby tried the spicy chicken sandwich (wasn't spicy at all)but was good he said. I tried the nibblers with fried pickles. Sandwiches were good, pickles were alright. Fries had like a old bay type seasoning and were pretty good as well.
Very disappointed. My husband and I eat here all the time and literally every time we go we pay for extra sauces which are left out the bag. I never complain or write reviews, I just walk inside and ask for my sauces. Today I ordered a Mr beast box and paid for 4 extra sauces and a 3 pack of cookies and upgraded my fry to a large. Did not receive the cookies or sauces, and there was literally 7 fries in my box. I am so sick of paying for stuff and not getting it. Stuff costs too much nowadays for me to just let it go anymore. And it’s always this particular branch I have issues with.

Love coming here for house salad. Only issue, my diet coke is never any good. Too much carbonated water. No coke taste.
When I walked in the restaurant was warm and inviting. I was helped immediately and placed my order. I ordered the Cobb Zalad. It was fresh and delicious. A great portion size. The cashier was very friendly and attentive.
This place is gets worse every time you come can't get the order correct. Paid for extra zax sauce didn't get any zax sauce . Fries are soggy , toast was burnt! Chicken was small almost nugget sized and cold.
The Hartsville SC establishment has failed now 6 times in a row to serve me what I ordered. Proper and fluent English is my only language. Next I come here and they ask me how I want my chicken, (tossed in sauce or sauce on the side), I'm gonna say "Fix it your way, again! I never get what I say".
