Incredibly slow service. I was told to pull up and wait for my food while i saw several cars behind me get their food right away and drive off. Waiting close to 30 minutes for 2 items and not getting any comps or apologies is bad business. Dont tell me to pull up and wait if you’re gonna be handing food off to the people who ordered after me while i watch. Do not recommend eating here.
Delicious chicken fingers. Their sauce is amazing. I do suggest dining in, or eating the food right away. Fries don't really travel well, and invariably, some fall into the coleslaw. But fresh, wow.
I tried their Asian Zenzation Zalad and it was really good! They also have a Coke Freestyle machine in the lobby with plenty of drink choices and sweet/unsweet tea of course. The Staff are always friendly when I visit. Be prepared to wait in the evening on certain days for your food. This is one of the most popular places to order chicken from, especially on the weekends.
Absolutely amazing! Never messed our order up, always had delicious food, and the employees were just so kind. There was this guy ahead of us ordering tons of food taking at least 3 minutes before he went, and the food was ready. This service is unbelievably good. I recommend this Zaxbys out of all of them
Absolutely awesome! I drive the bus for my volleyball team and they told me I get a free meal. I thought they meant like a number 1 or something, but no, it was the whole ticket! To add to that, the food was amazing! Definitely will come back when in the area.
The lady that took my order at the drive-through, had the sweetest voice. Not sure who she was, but she sounded like an older lady. My food was delicious. Service was awesome!
Slow service and Fry's were cold and limp. But the manager made it right. If I wanted fly's around my food I would have gone on a picnic. I realize however that this is not common for this restaurant...so I will be back as this is Not typically my experience at this restaurant. At that point I will evaluate and adjust my rateing. Staff was pleasent though. I'm sure it will be better next time.
Picked up Traditional bone-in wings combo in the drive thru. Chicken was rubbery and dry I could tell they had been sitting for awhile and heated up in a microwave. The fries were a limp under cooked soggy mess and no amount of Zax sauce could rescue them.
