I came here just for the salad and it was disgusting and missing toppings. Then when I asked them to fix it they give me the toppings on the side with 1/2 a piece of bacon and just threw my little eggs In the box and barely any fries!!! Never again will I waste my money here ever!!!!! ????????
The sandwich was swimming in sauce. Bread on bottom was completely soggy
The food is an absolute 5/5, but the past two visit’s the service from Georgia has been an absolute 0/5. Georgia has given me a nasty look both times and had a really bad attitude.
Just got their new cheese cake bites with strawberry sauce and when i got home found out the employee/s mixed hot sauce into it
Extremely unsatisfying experience. The girl at the register had a bad attitude first of all, along with the other employee that kept giving us dirty looks. Besides that, they were out of all of their drinks except for sweet tea which they also ran out of while we were there.
Dropped by for a quick bite. Fast service, friendly atmosphere, good prices. My wife had the Cobb Salad Fried and I had 5 Chicken Fingers. I like the taste of their Zax Sauce. Convenient location near Target. Easy to get to and near other shopping opportunities. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!
Took 30 FREAKING!!!!!! minutes to get 3 measley trash cookies that are hard as rocks. At one point actually waiting in the mobile pick up area saw a group of 6 ppl just standing around chit chatting not doing a single thing!! Zaxby's is going down hill!! Managers need to get with it and hire better hard working ppl. Not some lazy idiots that surely live off the government to so they don't care the quality of work. Zaxby's use to be so much better. I'm disgusted with this ridiculous service!!! I would understand if the cookies were made fresh but no and they weren't even busy!!!
This is the 3rd time we have been given this BAD CRAPPY Salads from the drive through at this location ????. Burnt ???? bacon ????, slimy tomatoes ????????, rotten soggy lettuce ???????? and half full containers. This kind of food makes people sick and we have had enough of this place. $24.00 for BAD FOOD is just TOO MUCH!! ????
