Zaxby's well enough said, lol(amazing)! From the time you walk into one until you leave you will be satisfied! The great tasting chicken sandwiches with a butter toasted bun, yummy ????! Their salads are also great and very fulfilling! The prices are just right. Plus make sure you get some of their sauces to really make your taste buds shout that go along with their delicious deep fried pickles, plus other favorite side dishes! Unprofessional staff. Did not accurately complete my order. No soap in the men’s restroom. They told me they would take care of it. After waiting 15 minutes there was still nothing done about the soap. When I asked a different worker, they said they don’t have the key for the soap dispenser in the men’s restroom. Not having a way for half of your customer base to wash their hands seems like a major health code violation.
The quantity of food is enough for a couple people to share. The quality of food is alright but (for me) the bread on their chicken fingers is very salty. Their sweet tea is very sweet. It just tastes like theres too much added to the food and it unfortunately sits really heavy for me. Sorry for anyone else that likes it.
I really needed to eat after a long drive and being a T1D. I was not eating at the McDonald's next door (nasty bathroom). So, I selected Zaxby's. It was just OK. No major issues, no friendly staff, the food was barely hot, so I am just going to say it was OK.
Disgusting and old oil for the fries and holes in the box where they threw them in. Glad to know there's burnt Styrofoam on the food. Asked for extra pickles and sauce, got what the normal amount would be. This place is always hit or miss with not only the quality and correctness of your order but also the attitudes of the employees. The new hires are nice for what seems like maybe less than a month they're either gone or seem worn down like everyone else.
Location was clean & ready to serve. Staff was extremely nice & very helpful. We were pleased with our visit. James & his crew are doing a great job! Keep up the good work!
Oh my! This Zaxby's is good! I have had 2 others (Lake City, FL & Roanoke Rapids, NC) and it was awful. I said, "third times a charm" and am sooo glad i gave it one more try! This one gets 5 stars allllll dayyy long from me! Chicken was excellent, coleslaw was great, fries were perfect! I will return to this one again soon! Thanks for bringing me back to the world of Zaxbys, of which I thought was a hopeless dream. ????????
The food was mostly great, as usual. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was broken so no soft drinks. Water or tea. The service was meh. Not bad, just not great either.
