The food was disgusting! I spent $33.00 for fries that were undercook and soggy. The chicken was cold and Super Salty! The toast was cold and soggy too and it taste like it had chemicals in it! I was charged for sauces that were never put in my bag. Not one sauce not the ones that came with the meal or the ones I order extra which was about $2.00. The strawberry lemonade taste like straight water and sugar! Their chicken tacos were horrible! The cheesecake bites were cold. I will NEVER order from them again!! This place is horrible. They need to put a raising cane!
We've gotten raw chicken from this location and we use to go several times a week for things like fries and bread. But 9/10 times the fries are grossly undercooked. We've had completely raw fries several times. We now almost never go and went from spending $100's a week honestly to never going anymore. Now if I go I just get toast and nothing else, even their drinks are bad. Any management I've talked to doesn't care, and corporate had never once reached out. If Raising Canes opens here which they are slowly moving this way, this location will 100% go out of business as they are currently operating.
Trendy fun on the inside, great salads and simple chicken fingers/fries. Great service.
We stopped here today and ordered 4 Mr Beast meals. The lady that took the order was nice but that's about it. That's was hardly anything to drink. You had coke and lemonade to choose from. If they would of told us that we would of went somewhere else to eat. I asked a manager if they had anything else to drink and she said no and it was what it was. I thought that was kind of rude but ignored her. The place was a little dirty and guess what no soap in the restroom. Not a shocker. I guess it is what it is.
Waited on the girl to answer for 4 minutes then I ordered a 6 piece chicken box and they gave me hardly any fries and 2 sauces . I mean this is expensive food . How the heck?
What kind of people do you have working at this location. I went at 5:45 and ordered cheese bites and tenders and they gave me literally 5 bites for a whole side order. I asked for some honey mustard for my 10! tenders and handed me one after rolling her eyes because I asked her to do some work.
The food is pretty good when it's done well but for some reason can't seem to get a correct order at this location, always something incorrect or missing, the one on US 41 is much better. The zalads are very good probably the best fast food salad you can get.
Come here with coworkers so now I like this place. No hassle to order to go or to eat there. The restaurant is kept clean and the service has been great. I have enjoyed "The Blue" salad and their chicken sandwiches are really also really good. I love chicken and this place does it right. ????????
