The last few visits have been excellent. Chicken perfectly cooked. Quick Service. Smiling faces and pleasant attitudes. I hope they keep up the good work.
Made a mobile order and nearly all the add ons we're just ignored. Ordered no ice. Cup full of ice. Ordered extra sauces that I paid for. They were not in the order. Ordered extra seasoning and extra fries which I also paid for and none of it was added into the order. Lazy people working at this location.
I did an online order for curbside pickup. When I arrived at the Zaxby’s there weren’t any curbside spots but online it said to tell where you parked. So, I did and I waited for like 10 mins. No one ever came out so I went in and found my order on the shelf for pick up. I asked a staff member why my order wasn’t brought out to me and she told me they weren’t allowed to do curbside. Well, if they aren’t doing it then they need to make customers aware of this online. Also, I got the tacos, which were very delicious, but they didn’t put any sauce in with my order.
Food was cold and fries are always gross there now!!! I use to love this location bc I work right by it but not now. Lady at window was a little rude and not friendly and the bread on the nibblers meal was stale!!! Ewww. Thought they have changed and gave it a try and nope, food still is not cooked fresh. Was not happy at all especially with how expensive meals are. Do better!!

Tonight was top tier.
While in the drive through my vehicle shut off and would not start back.
Matt (the manager) and another man pushed my Jeep into a parking spot and went in and brought my food to me.
Then Matt tried to get my jeep started and even walked to Kroger to buy me gas.
He was truly exceptional in his efforts.
The chicken fingers are pretty much always good, but every time I go I pay extra for different sauces and never get what I pay for. Today, for example, I spent $3 for honey mustard and ranch sauces. I received 1 ranch and 6 zax sauces instead and was told I would have to pay extra, again, to get the honey mustard I ordered. I seem to almost always have to deal with the same person at the window and she is always rude and hands me my bag with my food sideways or upside down and my food always ends up spilling out into the bag. The food quality has improved over the last year, but the atmosphere and service has gone down so much it almost cancels out the good food.
Drive thru took an hour to get thru, called up after to ask about a wrong item, they hung up on me and kept hanging up, poor service
First time having Zaxby's. Food was delicious, IMO somewhere right in between Chick-fil-A and Popeyes on the tasty scale. Staff was friendly. Good place to get a chicken sandwich.
