I made a mobile order and it taken forever!
I love the food here but you have to improve the service, it doesn’t feel like “fast food “
One of my items wasn’t in my order, could get in touch with the restaurant, and food was not fresh. For it to be delivered by Uber 1 mile away. Maybe better luck next time.
I've been to many Zaxbys and was satisfied with the price for the amount of food that I get. But this is the second time where I go and order some loaded fries and the amount of food that I get is equivalent to the value fries from McDonald's. $10 for loaded fries is reasonable but from this location you will be getting scammed. I won't be coming to this location again.
One of the wings still had blood in it. Tried to call, emailed and messaged them on social media and nobody wants to take responsibility. Waited 2 weeks and nothing.
They’ll take the credit for the compliments but for complaints, they want only the location to responsible for it ????
Mr Jeffery and Ms Rakeisha were so nice and helpful with the selection and help with our food to where we will always stop in and enjoy hot fresh wings anytime and honestly it’s one of if not the best zaxby restaurants we have ever been to so we would like to thank you guys for giving us the home feel we look for in a restaurant hope to see all the same employees again each and every time thank you and keep up the great work and smiles
This is the worst restaurant I ever eat at the people are rude and they don’t know what they’re doing. The food is overcooked and the chicken is dried out. They should not working here. I do not recommend this terrible service. I advise you to go to another restaurant.
My food was cold. Wasn’t enough stuff working. Need to cook food when customers order not have it sitting until it gets cold. Nasty sorry but I will not be going back there.
Bad service.. I'm waiting for 20 min dine in.. and never bring me the food.. when I ask about my food ..they said I'm sorry we forgot the order . And the manager didn't bring me options..
