The staff was young and inexperienced barely could hear through the speaker outside constantly repeating myself just to still give me a poor order I knew I should’ve checked before I left. Didn’t have traditional wings like I wanted so I suffered with these poorly coated with wimpy sauce around them instead of on them food wasn’t hot and wait until you see what all sprites suppose to be lastly they gave my kids cole slaw did I ask for it no I did not cause we don’t eat it. Last but not least I found a piece of hair on my fry ????
Two stars because the staff was nice. You have a B grade (87), which was hiding behind a display on the front counter.
At that moment, I should have asked for a refund, BUT I gave y'all the benefit of doubt, thinking the staff would do everything possible to exemplify excellent food and service. Y'all got half of that right and it didn't involve the food.
I ordered a 5 pc wing meal and cobb salad. I could have taken a picture of the chicken wings, but "cold" cannot be seen in a picture. Hence the wings meal was cold.
The salad had grill smut all through it, which leads me to believe that no one cleans the grill.
The cucumbers and lettuce were well pass their prime. Hint: when cucumbers are translucent, they should be thrown away. I threw all of them in the garbage. Y'all piled up the container with lettuce, trying to mask the old, brown and soggy lettuce, that was also covered with the grill residue.
The ONLY REASON I went to your location is because the other Zaxby's closed at 7pm.
Even the dining area was a mess, and to see only one person cleaning it, was unacceptable.
This is a management issue.
Quick stop for lunch on the way home in the drive-thru. I was especially happy to get the new egg rolls. The minis were a little messy with sauce everywhere, but did taste good.
Just bought a platter of 30 wings with fries for curbside , waiting outside almost 20 minutes for us to find out they have it sitting inside …. We get get home and open the ranch , every single ranch we got was expired only one out of the 5 came out white .. theses are freaking yellow u can see the bubbles coming out of them . This has to be a joke …. Message to the closing or opening manger , do better . Y’all getting people sick with this expired ranch . WTH
I’m pleased that the Villa Rica Zaxby’s has gotten better about getting at getting orders quicker than times past. My complaint is the toast. Toasted break is supposed to be crisp not like it just came out of the bag with dirt marks on it for appearance sake. Toast the bread longer. You a few months back and it was pleasant to eat. Then it stopped.
Came in to order as I usually would do around 2:48pm on Sunday Feb 19 soda machine in the lobby was fill of ice and dirty couldn't even put my cup to get ice. Waited to get my order taken one girl had an ear piece on texting didn't bother to take my order disregarded the fact I was standing in front of the register and continued to text . Now I'm a gm in another franchise and know when you work no phones are suppose to be on the floors while working let alone have an ear piece in your ear while around food.... It wasn't a pleasant visit at all this shouldn't be over looked. I have all photos as proof.. it was 3:10pm no drive thru orders or lobby orders and still didn't receive my food before I asked for a refund... Bad service and no manager to help out or delegate.
Ordered a fried Cobb Salad and the lettuce was brown and rotten. The tomatoes was slimy and they covered it with a huge amount of cheese to hide it. No bacon or cucumbers and the chicken was undercooked. The wings and fries was cold and old ( I had about 7 fries at the most. For the outrageous prices you charge at least ensure that the food quality is great. It never fails at this point particular location, you spend your hard earned money and get served inedible trash. You might as well close down already!!!

It was cold and the chicken was hard and tough. I brr we sieve by the way it tasted in had been refrigerated for a couple of days. I was very surprised usually the food is excellent.
