Best WLM Reviews
Zaxby's is a fast food restaurant chain that specializes in chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, and salads. I have been a fan of Zaxby's for many years and I have always been impressed with the variety of meals they offer. In comparison to other chicken restaurants in the area, Zaxby's has a wider selection of menu items, including several unique options that you won't find anywhere else.
The service at Zaxby's is also excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and they take the time to make sure that your order is correct. The food is also very good. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the sauces are flavorful and unique. I would highly recommend Zaxby's to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Excellent customer service and great food. I did an online order pick up for my daughter & son in law. I was greeted as soon as I walked into Zaxby’s. I advised the manager at the register that I had an online order & he advised me that it would be a few minutes as his staff prepares it. He hands me the drinks and asks me how my day was going. Which was a nice personal touch as he was being bombarded with guests and drive thru orders. The food arrived promptly and hot. The employee doubled checked that the sauces were in the bag & that they had plastic ware.
Would highly recommend!!
Will not be returning to this location. Ordered a combo to go and got a measley portion of fries and a mangled sandwich.. Bathroom had fly's. Recommend checking your order before leaving unfortunately.
I don’t normally have any expectations of good service when going through the drive thru. But whoever was at the window was so friendly in that short time of taking my card and handing me my food that I pulled in the parking lot to leave a review. The food, as always, was great!
I went to this Zaxbys location in High Point to grab something quick. It's in close proximity to the Palladium theater and right across Walgreens. The attendant at the front desk had a pleasant personality and full of life. Unfortunately they don't serve my favorite Cajun Club sandwich and hence I a grilled sandwich. Added bacon and cheese to it which brings it pretty close to my Cajun Club.
The drive through is very confusing at this location and parking is super tight. Also this Zaxby location is one of the smaller ones I have been to as well. However it's located in a popular area of High Point and gets good traffic.
Great food, but employees need to work on their people skills. The manager tried to get me to step away from the counter when I wanted the drink from the online order I just placed. Another employee was filling a large container with water from the soda fountain when she was almost done I asked, out of genuine concern, "Is no sink in the back to fill that?" She rudely replied with "I'm filling it here for a reason and you can wait like everyone else."
I just got home from there with a wings and things and the fries are AWFUL. It cost too much money not to get at least warm fries and chicken????????
1st time returning since Covid-19. I had the 5 Traditional Spicy wings & sweet tea. Food was good. I was shocked????????. After Covid majority of the foods tastes different and nasty.????????
