Did an online order and went through the drive thru for a pickup at 2:40pm the lady over the speaker had an attitude then we pulled around to the window and the gentleman was very nice but when we told we were missing a drink the same female had an attitude
Zaxby’s is a restaurant that I seek out whenever I’m in an area that has them. This location had nice staff. On my first order, flatware was not included in my carry out order. It’s difficult to eat sauced food without it. Also, asked for extra seasoning on the fries and I couldn’t notice or taste a difference. Second order, I had problems with ordering on the app. Same fry issue. I purchased additional sauce for which I believed I was purchasing an 8 oz. bottle and received 7 single serve sauces and 1 in the wrong flavor. I dearly love Zaxby’s and it pains me to have to give anything less than 5-stars.
Several customers received their food before mine was ready. I asked them about my order and they said they were waiting on chicken. People after were getting chicken sandwiches and I was waiting on chicken for a salad. Terrible excuse. Lettuce on salad was wilted. I usually like zaxby, but not this one.
Drive thru. Service was great. Food was very fresh and hot. I always enjoy the food when I have a chance to visit Zaxby's. Usually order the Zax Snack. Update: once again had a chance to enjoy Zaxby's. Food was fresh and hot. Heated remaining chicken and fries in air fryer when I got home. Delicious ????
Salad looked good and tasted even better. My only complaint was no silverware or condiments after specifically requesting everything I needed. Service was decent. Definitely NOT a chick Fila experience.
Lobby is open. Every other table open. Zalad was good and fresh. Tables could've been cleaner. Sauce on my backrest has been there awhile, part of the decor. Drive thru was busy but Lobby had maybe 3 tables.
I ordered the boneless wings and things and asked for two Sauces to be on the side. And I did not get any. I believe I even paid extra. I ordered takeout so I now have to use my Chick-fil-A sauce at home. I guess I’ll just go there next time.
Clean location with friendly helpful staff. I ordered wings & chicken tender combo and it was great.

I just ordered the Philly Crispy Chicken sandwich and it is outstanding. Do yourself a favor and get one. They also have a grilled chicken version.
4/10/2024 I ordered the 4 tender plate and. The tenders looked more like nuggets. The fries were al skimpy. It appears you get more when you go into the restaurant. I ordered through GrubHub.
