Last time we came here they gave a huge issue about trying to get an extra candy bar (that I wanted to pay for) and it’s was FREEZING. We came back today and the girl at the front wouldn’t let us dip our kiddie tenders and was struggling to understand our order.
Also the fried pickles were burnt. We probably won’t be back to this location. Not a single positive thing and they act like we’re an inconvenience for any special requests.
Update: they reached out to me and took care of me. I appreciate a company that owns their mistake. Thank you!
Why are all my fries overly fried almost burnt and inedible.
The dinner room is empty but every table is dirty. I asked twice if they could adjust the ceiling fan, the rude cashier said the manager was busy. At the end of my quick dinning experience, I asked to speak with the manager and he conveyed they are not able to adjust the temperature. I explained several fans are set to low, so at some point someone had to adjust and it could be a teachable moment for your staff since they obviously did not know. It could have been simple for us to sit at another table that could seat 4 but the tables were dirty while the cashier stayed behind the counter looking down at her phone. In addition, the food was at best cold.

Mold in several areas on the walls and water everywhere leaking from every single AC unit. They just let them leak with nothing catching it. We got a refund a hi-tailed it out of there. They did give me a refund without hesitation.
I live in the neighborhood and have eaten lunch here since day 1. This is the second day in a row that I have gone through the drive-through at this stilesboro location and got no response after sitting for 5 minutes at the order board with no cars in line, so I left. Yesterday I did the same but went inside and got zero response, so I left. I don't know if there is new management here or what is going on, but it's pretty bad. Just giving you a heads up. Your service is horrible.
Allowed me to order the loaded fries w grilled chicken as a substitute, just to make them w breaded chicken, which I cannot eat due to a gluten allergy, and refused to accommodate, but so many other locations will make the same substitution no problem.
Terrible customer service. Wasted my time , they should have told me upfront that they couldn’t make my meal to order. Gave no explanation for the refusal.
Food was okay I asked for extra seasoning and there was nothing in the bag and the fries did not have a lot on them. Strips got way smaller. Food was still good but that was annoying. I also did a mobile order and I had dogs in the car and I still had to go in to grab the food even when going through drive through.
I showed up here for lunch with only one person ahead of me in line. That person has some sort of problem with a mobile order and the staff here spent nearly 10 minutes in a state of confusion without once even acknowledging that I was there waiting.
The guy working the counter kept disappearing to give out drive thru orders and would return to repeat the same statements over and over to the mobile order person.
I left after 10 minutes of waiting. Not good service at all
