The team members are very friendly when taking my order and giving the correct meal. Drive thru was fast and with ease. I ordered the wings and things, definitely my favorite when I come visit
Been here a few times. Had the orders correct, had them wrong but they fix things with no problem. I love Zaxby's, better chicken than Chik-Fil-A and I haven't heard of Zaxby's donating to charities that mutilate women in Africa. The sauce, chicken, fries, and toast are all better than Raising Cane's, and for the price a better value than that other chicken tender place expanding around here.
Get the Mr Beast Box. There is so much food and it comes with those awesome cheese curds. If you want curds and don't want to go to a Wisconsin fair get these. They are the white ones and they aren't over breaded like Culver's, the Zaxby's batter is better than Culver's breading too.
Painfully slow service. Waited over 15 minutes for a simple order #1 Meal. Then I talked to another customer that waited for 20 minutes and never got his order. So he cancelled his order and left.
I do not understand why this particular Zaxby’s can not get things together. Today, we ordered 2 Great 8 boneless wing meals, 2 kiddie fingers, 2 coleslaw, and an extra Zac sauce. we were charged for everything but one coleslaw. We received two 5 count boneless wing meals, the kiddie fingers, extra HONEY MUSTARD, and no coleslaw. It was through the drive thru and they were not busy. We didn’t realize it until we got home (10-minutes away). They told us we would have to come to the store with the receipt and card to get our money back. We’ve realized that It’s just a complete lack of competency at this point.
I bet if I walked in here with a broken heart, they would feed me chicken tenders and peach cobbler and hold me while I cried. I have never had better service or food from any fast food resturaunt as consistent as these guys. If I ever got married, I would have it at this location because it feels like home. They got game on Chikfila at this location. I have so much appreciation and love for these guys.
Well we get food here all the time and it’s pretty much hit or miss on service. Today though I ordered a salad and some kids meals. This is the salad I got. I get salads are leaner and healthier but where’s the rest . Any other location I go to loads it down. Plus it’s missing 2 ingredients and they did not put the salad dressing in. I basically got a few leaves, corn, and chicken to eat dry. Yum. Just check your food before you leave.
My only complaint with this restaurant is the fact that the Zaxby's all of them not just this one, but all of them have started trying to copy Chick-fil-A by having people out in the Drive-Thru to take your order which is fine. It speeds things up but for some reason Zaxby's particularly this location has decided that their employees do not need any shade or fans or anything.
This store frequently forgets to add the extra sauces that we've paid for and we've had problems with orders being made incorrectly. There's also plenty of times that the employees running the drive-thru are vaping while taking orders and/or collecting payment.
