Food is great , is the costumer service that sucks , every time I place a mobile order , they always give away my order to someone else or they don’t give me the right items. I’ve gone out to this location almost every three days since I work down the road and it’s the same issue every single time . I ALWAYS have to wait 40 minutes for my food even if I order ahead of time & that’s because they have to remake my entire order. Zero Organizational skills . CANT NEVER KEEP UP WITH THEIR ORDERS . I’m currently sitting in the parking lot watching the drive through, it’s empty & They’re NOT busy so who did they gave my order to ? I do not know. Management needs to get on top of this and find a system to ensure orders are given at a timely fashion and accurate deliver them to costumers.
TMI: I ordered a large fry and they told me they measure fries by the “ounce”.This is crazy . ZERO UTENSILS just the sauces :)
We went through the drive up and I ordered "boneless wings". The attendant seemed distracted and annoyed with my questions regarding the menu. I asked for the boneless wings "extra wet" or lots of sauce. These were likely the worst pieces of chicken I've ever tasted. The chicken was super dry and overcooked despite my request. It was mostly bread. The little bits of chicken inside the heavy breading had a really odd taste. The best way I know to describe it is "wild" or "gamey". Possible it was bad. I ended up spitting it out and threw the majority away. With all of the options for chicken focused fast food available, you would think they would step it up to compete. I will not go back.
I used to really like Zaxby's, so not sure if it was this location or if the brand had gone down.
Food was kind of "meh". Bread was stale and the order took about 15 minutes to come out (kids chicken strip sand a sandwich meal). Most of the options in the drink fountain were out and although everything looked clean, things were kind of sticky and greasy feeling.
Staff didn't really seem very pleasant.
While I was there, I just kind of thought to myself, "why would I come here, when raising cane's is better and more affordable?" It cost 15 and change for the sandwich meal and kids meal.
Amazing service and customer service! Lorrie and Ashton were incredible they were efficient, well mannered, and treated me like a human being and not just a customer! Would recommend food is incredible and fresh, and always hot!
Fast service, smells new, clean bathrooms, clean outside area and inside. Lots of tables and booths for the perfect eating experience. Plus this location is HIRING! if your in need of work. Food is really good. We ordered the Cajun club meal and the club sandwich meal. Both are served with fries and a drink of your choice. So good. Bit on the pricy side. 2 meals for almost $20 but for quality food it's worth it!
This place use to be on the Top list of good Chicken. The Picture says it All!!! Look close
We asked prior to ordering,if the Wings were good, Response from window,Only when its FRESH????SO when I asked is it FRESH,She said it will Take 30 min. Talk about disgruntled employee,you had to be there????

This place wishes they were like other chicken places. I ordered from them tonight and they were out of tea???? And to top it all off, absolutely no sauce was recieved. Just go to canes.
Very very very bad service. Order3d total 3 times here recently. 1) curbside pickup... 15 minutes late, and then went inside and picked the order. My order is alright there, but they didn't come and gave 2) drive thru 8 minutes after payment. I'm just waiting for waiting 3) inside- went inside and ordered.. still didn't get my order, almost 18 minutes while writing this review... I gave up and finally publish3d this review. Never try again
