Ordered two zaxbys loaded bacon fries and egg rolls. Eggs were burned and greasy and fries were very stale.
I will never eat zaxbys again first of all my food was cold I ordered hot wings they didn’t bother to put any sauce on it so I took it back they replaced the meals as my baby girl was eating her food there was a dime in her food. I took the food back in and talk to the manager remind you I was still in the parking lot waiting on my other order to get done when this happened. The young boys that was back there cooking thought it was funny when my child could have choked on that dime. The workers there sucks everybody is so rude and they don’t care about your food at all never again.
Zaxby's just recently opened back up after what we though was repairs being done. Hubby took me to Zaxby's for dinner. We've always enjoyed our food from there but tonight was a different story. First off, the cashier that waited on us acted like it was a bother to take our order. No smiles, no thank you, nothing. We got our cups and went to get our drinks. Both of the flavors I wanted were out, Coke and Mello-yello! Not to mention the machine needed cleaning! Then we went to sit in a booth and I sat down and the seat half way collapsed! He got the Chicken tender dinner which was much smaller than usual. I got the new shrimp dinner which was small as well and the shrimp was way over seasoned and you could tell it was fried in the same grease as the chicken. Needless to say this was our last visit there. It definitely wasn't worth the money!
The tenders and fries are hot and fresh everytime I get my order. Even when i order the Zalads, the portion sizes are really big on them, fresh tasting, and leave me full. Though the fries are never seasoned enough for me so I always have to ask for a side of fry seasoning. But the customer service is really good up here every time I get my order.
Third time in a row being disappointed. If you want Zaxbys, don’t go to this one. They ask you to pull forward and they’ll bring it out with no line. Then they get agitated when you ask them to wait so you can check your order (because it’s going to be missing something). They forget the extra sauce every time (that costs extra). This time the food was cold and only about half the fries that should be in a meal. They do move quickly when you don’t pull forward and go inside for you to fix it though.
My family and I stopped in for quick dine-in meal around 4pm on 8/6/22. We received our meals quickly and found appropriate seating in the dining area. We were shocked with the persistent profane language coming from the kitchen. The staff wasn't arguing with each other but having a loud casual conversation with each other using profanity. I expected better. This level of unprofessionalism is contrary to what I am accustomed to when visiting Zaxby's. Will have to think long and hard before visiting this location again...
Ordered delivery. Food was nice and fresh. For the first time in a long time the order was correct also.
It was good. Fast service. Clean. Tenders was a little small but still good. I'll come back no problem.
