Rude! The lady at the drive-through always has a stank attitude. Seems like she hates her job, but that's not our problem! I always ask for extra crispy fries and they never fulfill my request. How hard is it to ask the cooks to cook the fries a little longer so they aren't soggy? I've worked management in food multiple times and I would never let my staff act in such a nasty way to customers. Based off these reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one with these issues so hopefully Zaxbys fixes these issues.
I pulled up and the drive thru was down my first time ever seeing this at a Zaxby’s restaurant. Came in to a rude young lady at the register. I walked up she asked me do I want to order. No high welcome to Zaxby’s what can I get for you or anything and looking crazy like she didn’t want to be at work. I will just go to Canes from now on.
I ordered a salad and asked to have an extra tender, onions on the side, and extra dressing (making a total of 3 dressings), i got home and there was onions on my salad, the normal amount of tenders (which is 2), only 2 dressings, and a hair in my salad. I work at another zaxbys and was trying this one out bc it was conveniently closer at the time, but I won't be doing that again. Need to do better.
I found out today that this location is a franchise. DENISE was abrupt and rude to tell me they are not honoring teachers and offering the BOGO meal on May 7, 2024 for teachers. I decided to order anyway, but while she was talking and pacing back and forth, she didn’t hear me order. I told her I was sure she didn’t hear me, but I wanted a number 4. When I requested an Arnold Palmer drink with more sweet tea than lemonade, she said I would make it myself because the regular lemonade is charged. I asked what kind they give me when I come through the drive-through, and she told me light lemonade in the dining room, the same one I would get. I said oh, I’ve never noticed them walk into the dining area to make my drive. She then made a stank face and rolled her eyes at me. I won’t come back to this location. I will happily spend my money somewhere else.
Every time I come to the Zaxby's on the East-West connector in Austell, there will always and has always been an issue. Management as well as employees are rude. After waiting in a long line and you finally get to the window then you're being asked to pull up. Back in my day they would give you a courtesy beverage or offer something in regards to asking you to pull up. However October 22nd 2022 they refuse to write the wrong. After spending over $40 for my kids and nieces to have a meal that you're kind of scared to eat because you don't know if they're doing something with it then you deal with the rudeness of an employee and their manager. With that being said this is my review I stand by it and I will not be visiting this Zaxby's ever again in my lifetime choose your battles.
I’ve always loved this Zaxbys, but the girl in the dreads always has an attitude like I asked her to come in. Hoping for better service in the future.
They always get my order incorrect. I’ve never received an order from here that is properly fulfilled.
Got a grilled Cobb salad and all the lettuce was days old and slimy green. Couldn't even eat the salad. They push for sale of salads but I will never go back to this location if they don't check the quality of their food before letting it go.
