I recently visited Zaxby's and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager, Dejah. Her leadership created a positive and welcoming atmosphere that made the dining experience enjoyable. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly staff attending to every need promptly. The food was delicious and met the high standards expected from Zaxby's, served hot and fresh. Additionally, the efficiency in service ensured that I received my order in a timely manner, making the entire experience seamless and satisfying.
I don't usually give bad reviews but I'm extremely tired tonight and just wanted to eat, take a shower and go to sleep. I ordered a classic sandwich meal online, pick up in store. I opened my container and asked if the little bit of fries were considered a large fry. The young lady told me know and to the container over to the kitchen. And asked the the yiung man if that looked like a large fry. He said no and I trusted whatever was added would make the fry large. I go home to find out, Not at all! That's not even the bad part. I can forgive the fries but when I went to eat my sandwich the chicken patty(that is all I could to think to call it) was thin and one side was hard and the entire thing was dry to the bone. The sandwich was covered in too much sauce and messy. I took a bite and it had no flavor and again was really hard. Please do better. I know we all get tired on a shift no matter where we work. We should all do our best for the people we serve or provide a service to. We have to look at it as if we are serving ourselves. I had a long very busy short staffed day and I'm exaughsted. So disappointed! Not even peeved off. Too tired for that.
The guy that took our order was attentive and friendly. My husband likes to joke, and the cashier joked right along with him. Refreshing to see since everyone seem to be angry since Covid.

This is the worst experience with Zaxbys I’ve ever had I sat and waited 20 min for two bacon loaded fries and cheese cake bites first thing was I didn’t get a receipt which was odd then it looks like they are try watch there time with orders because I was told to park…..anyways I got my food and my fries were old and stale I am so angry zaxbys I need my money back they also closed early it’s 10:15 and they are supposed to close at 11
I recently visited this location because there was an error on the app when I was trying to order couple weeks ago. Long story short, the screen on the app never lead me to the order confirmed page, but I found out later that I was charged $17. So I visited this location to get a refund for the order that I never got. However, the older lady in the front was being completely rude. I explained to her the situation. She said with an attitude that she was going to get somebody and just walked away. Never was able to get my refund. The employees treated me with very disrespectful manners.
This is ridiculous!!! They literally took this piece of lettuce off the salad because the purple cabbage was on this sandwich at the bottom. When I bit into this sandwich, OMG it was disgusting and not done. I was on lunch break, so I’m very upset. The fries look like they were cooked last evening. I’ve been trying to call them since I returned to the office and I just get a busy signal. This is so unacceptable on so many levels. Spent $17.00 for something I couldn’t eat.
I am currently sitting in the drive thru line. I have been since 10:06 PM, and no one has answered the intercom it shows closing at 10:30 PM why am I unable to be served or answered? They have to do better.
