It took 6 days for the owner to respond. This is not a priority. The reviews of this location are pretty consistent and pretty accurate. Service reflects ownership.
We sat after ordering. Then sat at the window for 10 minutes. Cars wrapped around the building by the time we got our food. Cars pulling out of line. No apology. Nothing. Food was great. It's a shame the service is terrible.
I have had nothing but problems when ordering food here. I ordered the Asian zensation salad the portion I received was way less then what I paid for, the amount of salad didn't even make past half way in the take out bowl you get, pitiful when you walk in the rest room it's pretty gross to say the least. Management is responsible for a restaurant and seems like there is lack of management here at this establishment.
The food was ok, not the best tho. But the service was just the worst part. It was the lunch rush and I understand they were stressed. But they only had one register open on the inside, they were out of most of the sodas, and they had even told me they were out of to-go boxes until a manager went back and looked for some.
So I waited until I went there at least 5 times to leave a review. I usually go mid day on my lunch break, the food is never fresh, fries always soggy, and every time you select extra seasoning on the fries they seem to put no seasoning at all or very little. I’ve NEVER had cold food from the Beltline location, & the fries there are always crispy with the extra seasoning I ask for. Step your game up, other locations have way better food.
Waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru. Received the wrong drinks, the food was cold, and I didn’t get a receipt. When asked what took so long I was told “we had to drop food”. This location needs serious help. Would not recommend ANYONE going here.
Let me start by saying I am a fan of Zaxbys. I normally get the kickin chicken sandwich, my favorite part is the sauce and the ranch. Unfortunately my sandwich had no sauce and was undesirable very dry. The Southern TLC I ordered for my son had no mayo and was plain(not what I ordered). And the bread which is normally delicious looked liked bread they were using from 3 days ago. So I guess it goes without saying I was extremely displeased with this visit. The service was not great either. ????????
I ordered ahead on the app, the food was not ready and supposedly handed out to some other person. Instead of checking and trying to remake it or offer a refund, the workers just constantly said "It's gone" and kept messing up my name. When I explained I'm the only one who should be picking it up they just kept explaining that it's gone. They finally decided to remake it, but only after I repeated 6 times that I'm the only one who should pick it up and that if it's gone it's their fault. I also work in a restaurant so I understand handing out the wrong food, but this was unprofessional and idiotic.
We had three dashers show up and cancel because our food had "Already been picked up." And that was with DoorDash refunding us, and replacing the order.. So, who nearby/which employee is either taking food, or not actually doing DoorDash orders/not checking drivers picking up orders and letting randoms steal orders? An hour and a half later, and we have no food. Cancelled since we can get chicken elsewhere.
