This place went ghetto as hell man I'm telling you these people I work right across the street and they screw up our orders constantly! Last week and they gave us two of the wrong salads. I called back they apologized and said they were training and they had been messing up orders all night and they were so sorry. I was not surprised. The girl told me she was the manager on duty and she was going to put my name in the book for a remake. My wife goes all the way up there tonight to get the Remake and they refused to give it to her even though we have the receipt in my phone call proving that I called there..THIS STORE IS A JOKE
After improperly ringing up the salad my girlfriend asked for, letting our food sit even though we are dine In when presented with an issue (salad) and offered a chance to correct it, they took so long to make her salad that nearly our entire party of 8 had already finished eating then the staff standing behind the counter don't even care enough to approach our party to address the concern of the grilled chicken being a dollar more expensive when they hadn't even made the replacement salad in the first place. This is by far the most unprofessional zaxbys I've ever been in and will not step foot in here ever again.
I arrived with my family at 9:45 pm, the girl at the counter asked me if I wanted dine in or to go, I told her to dine in, she told me that there was no problem, then after eating with me family, they will take me out twice. I never go back to this restaurant. (09/01/2023)
Ordered a #4 BONE IN BBQ wing meal . Get to window get asked to pull up to wait for order to get done. Hands the WRONG order and proceeds to say we charged you for boneless it’s a 1.50 up charge and now I’m waiting another 20 mins …..
I would give this place a negative zero. They served me raw food ( chicken sandwich) today at 6:00 pm. When I called the location they were rude and hung up on me when I asked for them to replace the food or give me a refund. When I called back they continued to ignore my phone calls. This place has horrible service and will serve you raw food . They also charged me for food that wasn't on my sandwich. They charged me for bacon which wasn't on my food and refused to provide me with a refund. Please be careful before you order from this place, they will serve you raw food just to rush and need customer service training ( especially the manager on duty at 6:00 pm) . Instead of them telling customers that they don't have cooked food they will serve it to you with no regard to food codes or sanitization. If you do order from here check your food thoroughly. This place is horrible with horrible service.
Zaxbys has good chicken but they have went downhill. Now they put like one cut up tender on their zalad and a good amount of the lettuce in the zalad is inedible (brown) and they charge almost 10 dollars!
I generally like Zaxby's but this one sucks. Most around here don't charge for an extra sauce, this one does because they're cheap.
My most recent visit will be my last to this Zaxby's. I ordered a house salad to go and when I got home I realized they didn't give me any dressing even though I requested honey mustard and they even read my order back to me when I paid at the window. I proceeded to use my own dressing when I noticed 75% of the lettuce was turning brown.. unacceptable.
It's not hard to provide fresh lettuce and a dressing for an already over priced salad. This isn't the first time they've screwed up my order, I've also received overcooked boneless chicken once or twice.
I took a few pieces out and put them on a white napkin to show the quality better, or lack there of.
They are always very nice and fast at this location! The food was piping hot, and very good! They also followed our special instructions exactly (our son has a dairy allergy). Highly recommend this location.
