Best WLM Reviews
The fries were obviously old and stale and the chicken was decent at best. Overall just a poor run location and for sure go in to order your food the drive thru is a waste.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I’d love to say this is a one time occurrence but it is not, it is CONSISTENTLY horrible quality.
Having to park EVERY CAR, Food is almost never right or items forgotten , takes AT LEAST 15- 20 minutes yet it’s cold. Even if it’s a mobile order, it’s not ready at the correct time and they prioritize other orders. Workers not even knowing what order goes to who. I mean come on.
You REALLY need to do better if you expect customers. It’s so sad to even be running at this point with the lack of energy or care from this place.
This team is seriously lacking a drive to do better. It should honestly just be closed with the outcome. Don’t recommend coming here go somewhere else because spending your money/time will absolutely be wasted. It’s just a refund waiting to happen.
The buffalo wings did not taste fresh at all… I wish they did more , basic French fries and but I loved the toast…
The service was very nice but that was the only thing good about Zaxbys. It was like overly salted cafeteria food. The quality is garbage, the fries were barely cooked and seasoned with a salty Cajun seasoning. The sauces are comparable to McDonalds, no flavor just sweet mayonnaise based trash. I will never come back! Canes is far superior!!
What's the point of a drive thru if you're asked to pull to the parking lot? And if there is a wait required, advise customers during the order placement not after you take their money. I hope they shut this location down. I can spend my time and money somewhere else.
This specific franchise always has issues. whether it’s the system being down or the workers taking MINUTES to even acknowledge you in the drive thru (on multiple occurrences) this is sad. I love Zaxby’s and hate that this restaurant is so poorly run. Do better.
Terrible. Waiting 30 minutes for a pickup order and it still wasn't ready. Water leaking from the ceiling with a bucket underneath it at the register. 6 people waiting at a time for their food and none of them got it. Just walked out for getting my time wasted. Had my wife and baby waiting in the car crying for 30 minutes. Trash. Charging back my card. Avoid at all costs
I went to the Zaxbys in Albemarle and I really loved it. Then I came here and I won’t be going to Zaxbys again. This place smells absolutely horrible, the service was okay I guess, but the food was disgusting. It’s over salted, undercooked, not seasoned, and the bread was burnt and greasy. Do not come here, you are better off going somewhere else.
