The front counter was excellent in understanding that I wanted a Signature Club Combo sub Grilled Chicken. That being said, the kitchen messed up the order but at least not twice, like the Southside store once did and the food was bland and fries soggy. The lobby was messy but at least the drink machine didn't feel disgustingly sticky like some. Definitely had much better experiences at other Zaxby locations but I do appreciate the communication with the cashier on placing my order correct. Took more effort than seemed necessary.
My family got into the drive-thru to pick up supper before heading out of town for a ballgame. It is a good thing we were quite early for our trip because we were in line to order for 35 minutes. Many others got out of line and left because of the excessive wait. It seemed like they were servicing each vehicle individually from order to cooking to delivery as if they were very short-staffed. Our order was not totally correct, but we couldn’t spend any more time going inside to get them to correct it. At least the food that we did get was cooked well.
Ordered a tray of 40 chicken fingerz for a party. Shortest time I could pick was 1 hour so that's what I picked. Arrived on time it and was hot and waiting on me. The employee was slow but precise so no complaints. This is my preferred Jackson zaxby location.
I was impressed with this location! After reading the reviews I had low expectations, but my order was spot on.
I used the zaxbys website to place my order and then selected drive thru for my pickup location. My food was hot and fresh, fries were so delicious. I even tried the chicken taco because it’s a new menu item which was surprisingly good!
Customer service is meh, but not the worst at least. It’s tricky pulling out of this location if you need to turn left because it’s such a busy area, so be careful!!
The one star is for my fries because they were hot and fresh. But my chicken was obviously NOT Zaxby’s chicken. Idk what happened or if they ran out but I honestly think I was served frozen chicken strips from the grocery store. One of my pieces was one big lump of breading. I’ve never had an issue at this location but I was really disappointed with my food today.
I went to try this location again. I expected nothing worthwhile because my last trip was ridiculously terrible. However, a year was the max for keeping me from a chicken finger sandwich with hot sauce and ranch. I had enough of my mess and went to get one. They have gotten better.

I asked for buffalo sauce and he rolled his eyes at me! I said thank you so much and he slammed the window in my face! HOW RUDE!!!! What is wrong with this generation? The name on the receipt was Evan M!
Good ole Friday worked hard all week , treat the family to zabys ! Wellllllll ordered our food $45 worth headed to the window a gentleman takes my money and proceeds to hand me our kid meal drinks , I politely ask for a cup holder, “we are out” wellll alright what about a lid that fits sir this drink is leaking ? “ we are out” so I said can we please just pour the amount from all three kids sprites into a larger cup once at home I’ll divide it ! Well he closes window and a manager comes out and says “mam if I give u a medium cup and lid I’ll run out “ like really ?!?! I paid for drinks for three small children to hold and obviously since you don’t have cup holders -and drinks with coffee lids that don’t fit , I can’t go down the road like this . Needless to say she was apologetic but reminded me it wasn’t her problem her big boss knew they ran out . Mam clearly it is your problem I’m a paying customer and just communicating the problem prior to my order we could have improvised or upgraded those drinks ! Lord we get home and NOT A SINGLE SAUCE NAPKIN OR FORK ! This is Not a I ran out problem it’s a who wants to work hard anymore or CARE problem ….. we work hard to feed our families so we expect the same .
