3 ???? on the food though it was good the egg rolls i ordered was ice cold and the buff snack fingers were poorly sauced fries semi warm and stale toast. 5 ???? service though the cashier was great feel bad for not getting her name but she was fenominal and super friendly. 4 ???? on the atmosphere which this a more up to date Zaxbys which is nice but might be a bit to dim for some people, does have a relaxing feel to it though. This happened Wednesday before Thanksgiving during supper time between 6-7.
Stormy and Luzie are awesome employees, who I've personally witnessed having to deal with bad management resulting in short staffing. Torri has a really bad attitude and demeanor and should have no business being an assistant manager.
I appreciate how this location handles their orders, as they do so quickly and professionally and their delivery orders are always properly sealed unlike the location on 84.

I was trying to order a meatless salad and I ordered it multiple times at a nearby Zaxbys but somehow this one didn’t have the salad. I tried telling the girl that I ordered it before but she was not getting it I guess. I left because I refuse to pay for a salad with no meat and it be the same price as a salad with meat. Maybe they need to train people better on the menu.
I waited before the drive through speaker for 5 minutes. And then when I got to the speaker he told me to wait and I waited 5 minutes with the rain flooding in my window. I asked to please take my order. He said he would in a minute. Oh, 1 vehicle in front of me. Receipt said Titus R. I give 2 stars the food was ok.
Very poor customer service. Food was thrown together. I pulled up to wait for my order. Thought it would be fresh, which it was not even warm. Asked for a refund no one seemed to care about making it right. Disappointed because I eat here often.
We went thru the drive thru today around 419 order number DT172 order total amount was 26.03, this afternoon,it wasn't busy we ordered a sensation salad and a 6 peice chicken finger plate .The cashier pulled us up and we waited for about 10 minutes on our food , the fries were barely warm and the chicken fingerss were tough and dry and not fresh, and the peice if toast was toasted on one side and tough. My husband ate the salad ,he said it was good, however the 6 peice chicken fingers plate was a huge disappointment ???? I ended up giving it to our dog , it tasted old and tough, barely warm.So I will not be visiting Zaxbys again, especially if your going to pull people up to wait and then serve them old food that isn't good, I will go to goldfingers next their food is hot and fresh not to mention 12.69 plus tax is expensive to pay for a 6 peice tender meal from zaxbys that is old and not warm, I will tell others about zaxbys not to order chicken tender meals because it's not good !
Salads were very good. Place was a mess. Trash cans full, asked where we should put our trash, the folks just stood and looked at us. 8:00pm Sunday night.
Had To Try This Funnel Cake To Compare It To The Ones At The Fair .. And Yessss ???????????????? It’s Delicious ???? Hint: Cooked Fresh With Extra Powder On Bottom Plus Top … Best Way To Do It . Caramel Was Too Sweet So I Enjoyed The Funnel Cake By Itself .
