Best WLM Reviews
Super great grilled Chicken Sandwich served with fresh hot crinkle cut fries. The order was ready fast and prepared properly. It was simple but delicious.
Zaxby's food is consistent and delicious! Everything on the menu is a hit. Love the sauces, especially Spicy Zax sauce. Garlic blaze wings (pictured) is my favorite of their wing sauces, but all the ones I've had are good. Best fry seasoning around too. Best fast casual/drive thru chicken spot around easily
Tea was ruined & I told them... They didn't make any new & left the bad out for people.. Don't ask for extra ranch unless u want to pay more.. I've never been charged for extra. The food was good just needed these things addressed.
worst experience i’ve had with any “food” place. almost nothing we ordered was right, very rude, slow service fries were uncooked with no seasoning chicken was horrible only good thing was the sauces.. do better seriously this was 0 effort
We came through the drive thru after 7pm on 8/3/24. The customer service was AMAZING. The young men that were at the window and that took our order over the speaker were so kind!
Fries are the best! Chicken fingers are delicious but today I tried their egg rolls, they were really good. Great service, friendly smiles and always a thank you.
What has happened to Zaxby's? The food is definitely not as good as it used to be, and the service is terrible. The last 2 times I've visited Zaxby's, it was terrible, I most definitely will not be going back. Went there today because my husband wanted to try them. His order was wrong, took it back, and they still got it wrong. I explained what was wrong, and it still wasn't right. Not only was the order not right, but the food was cold, and the traditional wings were hard.
Didn’t know power outages were so fun! Saw lots of employees sitting inside with pizza. Invite us next time guys!
