They got my salad wrong, and I did not have time to go back and get it corrected. It was my first time at this Zaxby's in or near Hendersonville, TN. My salad was probably $3-4 more expensive than the same salad costs me in Springfield, TN, and they couldn't even get it right.
Lady was talking over me as I was trying to order and got my order wrong.

Still getting my order wrong. Everytime I come by I order the same thing and I’ve noticed it’s always the night shift not getting my order right. Afternoon shift always get it correct but night shift does not. I just want some good chicken with the correct sauce to make my night after a long day of work.
Always high quality and friendly staff. Make sure to get some fried pickles!
Avsolutely the sweetest staff! I go by here on my way home from work every now and then to pick up dinner. I usually order the 4 piece chicken finger plate with a double order of fries. Pretty fast drive-thru service, food is great, but staff member Nia was absolutely so friendly, sweet, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! I wanted to say thank you for your kindness and amazing customer service! I will definitely go back!
Got the new chicken tacos. They were tasty for fast good and reasonably priced.
I had an employee not give me my drink. The food was great tho.
Food is always on point. Those salads are my fav, and the chicken nibblers are so yum.
Service depends. Lately I've been met with some ugly attitudes and snarkyness. So hope that changes. Other than that my favoriteeeeee place.
Usually love Zaxby’s but tonight I pull up at 9:15pm and the lady says “we closed.” But they close at 10pm it even says “updated by business 6 weeks ago”
