1 sauce for 5 tenders ? Little bit of fries but big box ? Food is good but be so for real ????
ordered online the food was cold to the touch and the strawberry lemonade was watered down i spoke to marian the manager and she told me in order to be compensated i’d have to bring the food in, after i offered to send pictures… and if i was able to come in i wouldn’t have ordered online i tried to explain but she was very inconsiderate and condescending… DO NOT ORDER HERE the customer service and quality is horrible
I should have read the reviews before going here! They are only interested in getting you out of the drive though line. We couldn't hear from the speaker at the order location so pulled forward to the pickup area, they we're so up set carrying on about pull forward they are being timed she wanted us to pull up out of the drive through and she would bring the change and food out to us, we were only ones in line. When we did get our food no straws, napkins, sause and no ice in our drinks. I will not be back. From the reviews I read they will not be in business long.
Thank you to the manager Miss Mary Anne for doing your best to make my customer experience great after a misunderstanding on my behalf. The food was awesome! Clean restaurant and friendly workers as well. There was good parking for people with disabilities too.
The staff here is awesome. They are very nice even to those who treat them like crap. Food is awesome and so clean
I placed a simple online order for 1 order of fries which took over 10 minutes for them to even prepare. While I was waiting on my order, the young lady upfront on the register decided to argue with me about my order when I questioned how long it would be. She got smart with me and cursed at me. I then left the building without my food. I'm not sure if this is normal protocol for your employees to treat customers this way, but it was uncalled for and unprofessional. She definitely deserves repercussions for her actions. She also looked like she may be under the influence of marijuana, so you might wanna check that out too.
I eat at this place often and the food is perfect everytime. I’ve also never have had a bad experience here as a customer. If you’re in the mood for some good food fast hit this Zaxby’s up.
I was unfamiliar with this Winter Haven location’s rule of paying 25¢ for an additional sauce. So when I asked for an alternative sauce, I was already at the drive thru window. The lady in the drive thru asked for my sauce back?! Meaning I would grab it, give it to her, and a new customer would get a sauce that I had already touched with my germs. What if I was sick? Though this shocked us, we paid for that 25¢ extra for another sauce, keeping another customer healthy.
