The food is good but everyone is so lazy there every night. They always close way to early from what is said on the website… if you ain’t gonna work the hours your supposed to, why not just change the closing time to 9… very aggravating
The amount or volume that you get for the price has shrunk. When you order the house salad. They now cut the chicken into small bite pieces which seems like you have a lot of chicken but they have basically took away a substantial amount. The cheese is non existent. The crispy onions non existent. It's just not what it was. It's more greed and price gouging.
Went in at 5:30 to pickup an order and there were three people standing there with there back to me on there phone. Finally one turned around and asked me what i wanted. After telling them another girl came from the back with red hair a a nose piercing who couldn’t be nicer. The other girl just shoved a bag of food to her and another girl got the drink and shoved it my face! Finally the young redhead handed me the bag that was taped up and her not knowing what was in the bag not her fault. Went outside to my car and the bag didn’t seem right so i went back in and the redhead asked me what was wrong and i asked her all this stuff is in bag? She proceeded to open the bag to realize the chicken wasn’t even in the bag and said she will fix it. Meanwhile two more people came in and they were never greeted even though there were three other employees standing there so the couple left and the refheaded girl came back out with my food! She apologized and said this is why i don’t want to work here anymore, so sad the only one who seemed to care! After all that the other employees never said a word pne of the girls was a larger black girl and the other on was a younger girl with black hair and she seemed more concerned about pulling her pants up more than any!!! You need to do something about this and see if you can persuade the redhead to stay so very sad never ever agian. If your reading this beware!!!!!!!
Poor service - missed multiple items on the order. The manager, while she did make it right, was rude to me and her staff. Making the issues right seemed more of a checking the box kind of scenario v actual customer service.
Top 10% in the chicken market. My personal favorite is their salads. Can't wait for Zaxby's to come to NJ!
Great to see good service still exists in my hometown. Danny and Kaylyn made my night, nice to see a quick and clean Zaxby’s. Food was top notch. Definitely coming back.
I want to ask what is this?? Where is the Zac sauce? Where is the cheese?
WORST STORE EVER!
By far the worst zaxbys I have ever been to. I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes before I said I will just go in only the lobby was already locked at 9am. They wouldn’t let me in but was letting their family or friends sit inside and order. This store is horribly ran! I said what I said!
