I was not happy with service that I received at this location.
I placed an online order that was set to be picked up at 5:45, I arrived at 5:35 and the cashier let me know that my food was ready but I would have to wait for my sweet tea because there was none made, I waited until 5:50 for my tea and then took my order to my vehicle.
I noticed that I did not receive my 20pc tender box so I went back in and showed my receipt.
They made my box which took another 25 minutes and when I got home I noticed that they had not tossed the tenders in sauce and all of the other food I had ordered was very cold by this point.
The food they had just made was good, just not exactly what I ordered.
Check your food before you get home it's too expensive to be missing items.
Bro ain't no way that almost every time they mess up my order. They either don't give me what i ordered or they just completely don't give you the exact amount you ask for.
Example: i ordered a 6 finger plate with extra fries, they gave me 4 fingers and barely any fries. Not even McDonald's can mess up that badly.
This is the best Zaxby’s in North Georgia! They have a good health score. The food was very good. It was cooked per order like it was supposed to be and hot. The shift manager and staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this location to family and friends or anyone who is looking for a great meal.
Drive thru pulling the police up to a parking spot at 9:17pm when him and I are the only 2 in drive thru! After they pull him up the manager asked me to pull up and there is literally NO ONE BEHIND ME ???? common sense is out of the window literally. Unreal thinking, management do better! My first time coming back to this establishment after about 6 months of a boycott because they always on one, rude, or missing something off my order. This place needs better leadership.
Not happy with our experience tonight. Did drive thru after baseball game. Waited over 30 minutes after being asked to pull to the side with 3 other cars. Then when we got home and opened the 2 big zax snacks my daughter had 9 fries in her box. My box did not have many more. And no sauces in the bag. Kids ate cheese bites on the way home and said they were soggy and not warm.
The workers are awesome and most of the time the food is good but today it was not I got three tiny chicken tenders and four little bitty chicken wings and fried pickles that were burnt and un eatable
The gal working the window was very nice. The food is standard Zaxby's food. We didn't go inside. I had chicken tacos and they were fine. Chicken tenders had lots of grissel.
Huey Magoo's has much better chicken but none close to this area.
Don’t bother ordering curbside, you will end up waiting 15-20 minutes just to go in and wait in line to ask about your order that has been sitting in pickup area getting cold. Store is grossly understaffed. Good luck!
