I made it my business to save my receipt for my purchase made on 11.27.24 at this location. I was heading to NC and needed something to eat. I pulled in the drive thru and was a little shocked to say an employee near the menu board like they do at Chick-Fil-A. I pulled up to the young later and she took my order and my payment. I pulled to the window and my food was handed right to me. I was concerned because I wanted my food to be fresh and in my mind it couldn't have been because it came out extremely too fast. To my pleasant surprise, when I bit into my first egg roll, it was fresh. When I bit into my first tender, after eating my two egg rolls, they were fresh. I was so pleased with my experience, I said I am going to write a review for them. I would definitely return to the Zaxby's location. Whatever you all have going on, keep it up and you all will continue to attract repeat customers.
I did a mobile order at this location on Saturday August 24th,2024. The service was phenomenal, however the food and my order was not. I ordered two great 8 boneless wings meals and went big for both orders. The wings were over cooked and no sauce. I asked for ranch dipping sauce didn’t receive and neither went big.
Let me start with the order taker outside she had good customer service. I got the zensation salad I wanted my fingers dipped in sweet & spice sauce. Once I received my order the fingers was not dipped in the sauce I asked for so I took the salad back instead of them remaking the salad the put sauce over the salad making a soup salad I could not believe it at all. The sad thing I use to be a manager at Zaxby’s and know there expectations and this was no where near it. This Zaxby’s need to be shut down they make a bad reputation for Zaxby’s. I am not even going to talk about the egg roll look like they did not do there mid day oil filtering.
I can't say what when wrong. The food was ready fast, but it was cold and stale, it was so cold the french fries was dried up and wrinkle. I have eaten at a lot of Zaxbys, I have never gotten cold, stale food. I wondered if I got food someone else refused.
This experience was so horrible!! I will not be back for a while… I felt like an inconvenience to be ordering. I asked for sauces and I didn’t get them.. My food was so incredibly dried out it was probably sitting there for hours… In the past I asked for extra sauce on things and I did because, things that come with sauce don’t always have enough and well it came drenched to where it basically turned into soup. So I tend to stay away from asking that now which is why I ask for extra sauces on the side… I also believe they don’t clean their drink machine out like they should because, drinks I drink regularly (Meaning I know what they taste like) they NEVER taste the way they should.. Dried out, don’t get what I ask for, and not a single drink taste the way they should.
Never, ever will buy wings from Zaxby's again...What a disappointment!! Really ? over $8 for 5 traditional wings for a baby
Visiting from our west so I’m used to Raising Cane’s. The sauce and fingers are similar. The toast is not as good at Zaxby’s, cold and hard. Staff wasn’t very enthusiastic to work there, but food was fast, and restaurant was clean overall.
This was the dirtiest Zaxby's I've ever been to. The service was hands down the worst. The cashier was eating food and couldn't even talk, resorting to pointing and making noises instead. The soda machine dispensed drinks that tasted like soap. The counters were soaked in sticky substances, and the floors were covered with food and wrappers. I'd recommend avoiding this location and finding a different exit for a meal.
