It's been some time since I went through their line for a meal. After all, I generally don't encounter their services until my wife did as she did today- She wanted to get some deep southern chicken. That meant Zaxby's Chicken! So, we drove directly there, in Louisburg, NC, which is where we got instant service, a courteous drive through associate. We got a fresh hot meal of chicken tenders, delicious warm toasted sliced bread. I ❤️ bread. In fact, it was my wife meal, but I nearly ate it up from her ????, talking about good, she had to put the breaks on me, and told me to get my own, ???? ! WOW ????! Woooodoggie!!!! 5 + 5= 10 Stars ???? ???? ✨️ ♥️! You've got to go there! I am in love ❤️ ???? what can I say. It's another pinned place to get a fantastic meal ????. Okay, if you have stayed with my dialogue until this point then I want you to go a little further with me. Life is short, so stop and give that special person close to you a hug. Let them know just how much you appreciate them. It's a small but meaningful justure that can not be overlooked. So, pay it forward with anyone who comes across your path. Inside waiting on an order. Saw large roach. Tried to get a workers attention, but had to kill it myself. Informed the cashier of the roach issue, got no response. My friend and I were planing on eating there, but decided to take it with us.
went twice in two weeks had only wings and fries and the other time they had no chicken for the salad. so they say they need to close the door here cause either the people do not want to work or they have no manager that cares one star cause the door was open and the lady told me soon as i came in
I actually do like everything Zaxby's; whatever their food secrets are, I find them healthy (healthier than other chains at least), available (they Are Not closed on Sundays which works for me & my family's needs/desires. That Is Good!) & the variety is not Supra-Large (they are Chicken!) but that's perfect when I'm in 'that' mood. Ya'know?!?. Cheers! Ciao! And Enjoy!
Came there Saturday all the way from Henderson an had my sister an brother an nephew from Philly down an they wanted to eat there cool no problem we get there it was a new girl on the register she was super cool an we understood because she was just learning now I always get the wings an tings an a extra toast well when I get my order an got home to eat I damn near died from all the salt in our toast an I said ours because everybody had toast an it was horrible my blood pressure shot through the roof an it messed up my whole meal I mess dipped it in ranch still salty in the Zaxby’s sauce still didn’t help this was the worst experience I ever had an to think I brought customers with me from outta state an this was how we were done idk if they dropped the salt shaker on top of the roast or what but I know one thing I won’t be coming back I will just go to Raleigh
This is by far the laziest, cheapest, and worst customer service I've experienced in the Zaxbys Franchises. I simply won't go back to this one. They have fries more than anything, a glop of ranch on top not even shaken, and where the heck is the 10$ worth of food I paid for???? ***Would like to mention; my daughter and I love the loaded fries so much (bought 2 and a salad on this night) that we both get one several days of the week when they are on the menu- typically, I can't finish mine and snack on it again later. My growing 12 y/o actually gets full.. But I assure you this was an appetizer for her*** Manager came to window when I complained. Told me they were out of some other magical container that would be full with the per oz amounts of each ingredient. if anyone else gave me more than this they would be in trouble (News Flash, not my first time at this restaurant!!) And asked me if I wanted an order of (MORE) fries!!!! Don't know of that would be comp'd but regardless- not impressed or de-escalated. Get it together.
This was a grill chicken sandwich without ranch with a large fry..... last trip there
The one time the wait was a little bit longer than normal, the manager decided to give me a free cookie :)
Food is standard for Zaxby's of course, and they have a coke freestyle machine so 5/5
