Food was great, egg roll with zensation salad wasn't burnt like the last two times. However, I did have a problem with the make worker having to stand outside in 38 degree weather at night (7:30pm) taking order instead of the automated system. He was taking it in stride because when I asked him did he make the manager mad, he smiled and said no ma'am, I'm ok. Couldn't have been me!!
First of all I went through the drive-thru and had a horrible experience. Seems like there's a bad virus going around this place as all of the workers are grumpy and rude. If someone isn't people friendly they should not be getting fast food jobs. My food was cold as the north pole. I asked for the manager to talk about my concerns but I was met with the same rudeness. This seems like it is a root problem. I approached the manager in a well manner but it was like talking to a brick wall. He seemed like he wasn't concerned as I was talking and instead was planning his great super villain monologue. You always see on Facebook about people freaking out A.I is going to take our jobs. I would've said they're crazy until I met the manager today. Zero emotions and zero helpfulness. If I could rate this store a ZERO I would. Won't be coming back.
Check your food this is a result of they don't care what they serve....when you grab this you should have known this was not appropriate to serve.....I wonder if food hit the floor do you just pick it up and serve it, your thoughts (they won't know the difference)
After arriving in ATL I was craving Zaxby’s. Two young girls were working the drive-thru and were arguing with each other which was very unprofessional while you have a customer sitting in the drive-thru. Then the girl with the braids didn't greet me just said here you go as passing me my drink ugh. After eating my food my chicken tenders had a burnt taste to them as if something was burnt in the grease and someone failed to replace it with new grease (that's lazy). To confirm the burnt taste I asked my kids if their chicken tenders tasted burnt and they replied yes. If I didn't have to get down this road, I would've gone back and asked for a refund.
I went into Zaxbys and ordered a Cobb fried chicken salad. My receipt time stamp was 9:01pm. As I'm waiting for my order, the employees were laughing, talking loudly amongst themselves, and using profanity. As if customers standing in the dining area couldn't hear them. One gentleman in line yelled out. 'You all should be trying to fix people orders instead of playing around.'
The time now is 9:15 pm and I ask the manager how much longer on my order? She said, "Were waiting on chicken fingers." At the same time, I hear the cashier yell to the back and tell her coworker "to drop more chicken fingers." She also said, "You do this every time and never drop enough chicken fingers."
It's now 9:21pm. I told the manager, "I want a refund."
She grabbed my receipt and turned around, and my food was finally up.
I took my food, and by that time, the dining room had at least 10 people waiting to place their order. I told one gentleman on the way out, "That he's in for a long wait." He walked out right behind me. When I got home, I no longer wanted the salad. They also cheated me on the chicken tenders. I definitely won't be going back.

we both order & paid $10.76 for the Asian salad-the only thing I eat from here.
I received a half full salad with one tender that wasn’t even diced properly no salad dressing that goes on the side
I informed Mr. Henry, he tells me the salad is full he’s not giving me anymore lettuce or chicken for my salad. I got a refund immediately. My co worker kept her salad
after reading the reviews online a refund is more important than customer service

update* Mr. Henry, look at the 3 recent pictures this is how full a salad should be -went to my neighborhood Zaxbys on my way home paid the same price & got all condiments that’s included
I pulled into the drive through line at 9:20pm. It was a long line so I knew that I would wait a little bit longer. No problem. I got to the order window at 9:37pm. An automatic recording played saying that they were closed. I know that this location closes at 10pm so I paid it no mind. I said hello a few times but, no response. I waited at the order window until 9:51pm. I pulled around to the pickup window and the girl said that they closed at 9:30pm before I got in the line.
I expected more from zaxby's. The chicken was cold and that funnel cake was nasty
