I went through drive thru order 3 tacos with chipotle I don’t know if they tired or what but they was rude and service sucked. The tacos were thrown together they made me pull up and wait and other cars going around. I asked for a frozen lemonade she didn’t ask what kind she said pink lemonade so I thought that was a flavor. Got to the window they made a whole scene saying that’s more when. I told the cashier 3 different people made it so difficult when I was willing to pay for an extra drink. Came back out with the frozen so called strawberry lemonade the manager gave for free but it wasn’t what I expected. This day was not a good day. I normally have a good service. Didn’t take a picture I did eat it was not satisfied as well the other female worker brought me a bag with jam or something on my bag with a lift and peel jelly substance.so today it gets what it get.
We heard a lot about how great this place was ... Though our visit just didn't give us a great impression. We arrived to a super long drive through line (which we hoped was a good sign) and went inside to eat.
The gentleman at the register was new and having trouble ringing in our order, so it took a little longer than usual, but he was trying hard and pleasant.
Unfortunately, the food was just ok, the Chicken sandwiches were decent but buns were moist/mushy. The hot wings were only partially sauced, though cooked well.
Overall, at ~$65 for 3 sandwiches and 20 wings, it definitely wasn't worth it.

We ordered hot wings, a 20 pack, and they were only partially sauced - oddly enough you can only get one sauce per order (unlike every other place that has hot wings - get 20 wings, you get at least two sauce choices).
Their hottest hot wing sauce isn't very hot.
When we asked for more sauce I was given one 1/4 filled container and told anymore would cost extra.
They put an untrained employee on the only register open at dinner time....
The men's room smelled strongly of pee and was out of paper towels.
Everytime we go here we have to give cooking instructions for well done seasoned fries because they will send out cold hard fries.
The drive through workers seem to know us and will even say "oh it's you" in the drive through. And we usually are missing silverware, sauce, and have incorrect drinks.
I remember this place as a kid, oh how the mighty have fallen.
I watched the workers yell at a Mexican guy like a dog because he couldn't understand them. He left without eating. Ruined my appetite and his as well. Nobody should be treated that way and I am more than disappointed.
Yet another attempt to pick up a quick, late dinner for my daughter before picking her up. Another 20 minutes wasted in the drive thruonly moving up roughly 3-4 spots - I pulled in just before 8:00. The lobby was already closed to new customers, so that wasn't an option. This is most common on, but not exclusive to, Thursdays. Somebody is failing, it's not my place to say who. I have genuinely lost track of how many times this has happened. I usually give them 20 minutes before I give up. I watch numerous lost customers come and go in that time.
I was pretty impressed that my order was ready when I got there. Unfortunately, everything that I ordered except for the fries tasted old. The bread was so hard that you couldn't bend it. The cheese bites were harder than the chicken. Old. I'm disappointed in how poor the quality of food I was served. . You almost nailed it.
Anything over 2 meal orders at a time and they cannot get it right. All the chicken is dry and they skimped me out of tenders I paid my hard earned dollar for. Tighten tf up Zaxby's.
This is no less than the 4th review I’ve done for this place but I can’t have more than one review up so I just delete them and come back every time. If you don’t specifically ask this place for well done fries you will just get a potato and have to take it home and cook it yourself. So just clarify you want the chicken dead and the potato’s browed if you want to eat here. If you like undercooked food then disregard this ❤️
