Best customer service I've had in a long time! The young man working that window tonight 1 hour before closing was everything and every business should have this level of professionalism on the drive-thru Mic. Don't know what that crew was overworked tired or what but you couldn't tell by the way they worked together and kept that line moving tonight.
No seasoning on fries even though extra was asked for. Chicken sandwich tasted like fish. Seems like they use the same used oil for everything. Extra sauce asked for and never received. Not jumping at the chance to go back.
All the employees were wonderful and served my friends and I fast and friendly! However whoever is the manager needs to close the restaurant and fix the A/C since it is out.
Making your employees work in such a condition is very unprofessional especially when the cooks are cooking over hot grills when the inside of the building felt like it was 90 degrees. I couldn't sit and enjoy my food without breaking a sweat that is absolutely ridiculous.
The chicken tenders are still good!, however, the fries wasn't so great this last visit. Not only was it lacking seasoning very badly, the fries themselves just didn't taste the same I was highly disappointed! But chicken still good tho!
We left after waiting 10 minutes at the counter. 5 employees at the counter were gathered around one register and apparently not serving customers. The other register person was for some reason just standing there not taking orders. Several people left before we did. No-one addressed the few people waiting to be served. All front employees were involved - except the drive thru. That appeared to be running, albeit slowly. It felt no one cared we were there and after 10 minutes of being purposefully ignored we felt disrespected. There are many other food choices. We won’t be back.
The fried Cobb salad is by far the best. Just wish they would get back the Mediterranean dressing but still by far best salad for on the go!
Ordered my food while they were cleaning the floors with a water hose behind the counter and the lady sprayed something with water and it short circuit and caught fire.... I did not receive my food ???? they ordered everybody to go outside!!! Right after I finished paying for my food ????????
I ordered a zaxbys signature club add lettuce and this is what I get! As many times as I have let this slide I’m sick of it! It’s not hard at all!
Update! I went in today and the lady who helped me is absolutely amazing she was very kind and she is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars now! I did not catch her name but I highly recommend if you have any problem you speak with her. She wears glasses and I’m guessing a manager as well. I wish I would have gotten her name!
