Don’t go in the evening, service and food seem downhill been here twice in the evening, first time it was 9:00pm no one in line and was told food is made to order and would be a 45 minutes wait, also with no one inside. Second time got my food, got the signature club and the bun was burnt and the chicken was over cooked, and received cold fries. Need to avoid in evening!
Ordered food on the app. Could see my food through the window on the shelf. Finally went in to get it myself. Checked the food and there was a hair in one of them and like 4 French fries. The salad that was on the order was in the bottom of the bag with hot food on top of it. The drinks we ordered was a mixture of everything because they use a freestyle machine and didn’t clear the line before making ours. Its lack of training and the fact that they do not care. If you are gonna do the job at least have the respect to do it right. I heard them brag about the drive thru time being 29 seconds. Those poor people probably got home and didn’t have half of the stuff they ordered. I could have ordered Texas Roadhouse chicken tender meals for my family of three for the same amount of money.
I went here at 8-9 pm a few days ago. There were 4 cars ahead of me in line, drive thru service only. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed the girl at the window had black dirt under her fingernails handling money, your drink, your food, throwing condiments and plasticware into the bag. I'm not sure if she handled food at all but that really put me off. Then, the food was old, nothing was fresh. You would think with 4 cars in front of me and 2 behind me, they'd have something fresh but they didn't. I wouldn't go here after 6 pm. Hit up taco bell or cookout.
10/09/24. I just ordered a Cobb salad with no chicken and no cucumbers.EXTRA CHEESE and EXTRA FRIED ONIONS when I opened the salad out to eat it there was literally nothing but lettuce and MAYBE 10 pieces of cheese and fried onions. There was No egg, No bacon, no tomatoes etc.. They literally gave me lettuce. When paying that much for a salad you expect a decent amount and the order to be correct. I can get a head of lettuce at the grocery store for a dollar. Absolutely ridiculous!
Very disappointed in the quality of a cobb salad. Lettuce leaves were beginning to wilt, brown on the edges. Cucumbers were not fresh, mushy in the middle. This location used to be one of the best, not sure what has happened.
All in all I enjoyed my lunch. The service was quick and very nice, the chicken was good as always, just a little dry but I always enjoy Zaxby's with the exception of the Oakridge location. Oakridge has horrible staff and management and food isn't prepared as well
The salad was half the size of normal. Virtually no lettuce or wontons. No customer service. All they said was they would let management know.
Great atmosphere lots to look at on the walls. The place was spotless. Food was good. Hot. Fries were fresh. Chicken delicious and crispy. Fried pickle chips good. However service was a bit of a bummer. We stood there at the register for a while with everyone just kind of staring at us until one girl kind of begrudgingly walked up and took our order. Other than that all good
