I just drove in from kansas city this afternoon. Hit the hotel and passed out. I woke up hankering for some chicken.
The young lady working the drive-through at 8:30 pm Dec. 15th was very kind, and helped my half asleep brain get my order just right.
The food was amazing as always. But the service was excellent!
My food wasn't cooked properly I want the food was room temperature not hot french fries was still it was nice time everything should have been fresh to be honest. This is the second time I came to this location and I do not like coming to this particular location. And also they need to clean the outside of the building up especially where you order at the income is falling apart spider webs everywhere. To be honest I will not return to this location.
My order took a little longer than expected but it was hot and fresh so I didn't mind the wait. The staff was super friendly and customer service was top notch.
The floors are very concerning though.
I came in during lunch rush and there was people from base and contractors stopping in for their meal breaks. Every single one of us as some point during our visit had treated the floors like an ice rink due to how slippery they were. As much fun as it is to act like a child my self doing the moon walk across the floor. As a manager it's a law suit waiting to happen. The tiles are uneven and while I was standing still I was still moving in one direction or another while wearing oil/slip resistant shoes.
The floors need to be degreased ASAP before someone gets hurt.
Food was okay. Only drove about 5 min away and it was still warm-ish. But warm food only gets so much when it seems the kitchen staff is intentionally removing as much sauce from the boneless wings as possible. The wings clearly were at the minimum exposed to the respective wing sauce but they were as dry as can be. Fries were fries. Not a lot of seasoning also a little only the undercooked side if you prefer crispy fries. Experienced all of this on 2 separate days so it didn’t seem to be that the restaurant was just having an off day
This is my least favorite Zaxby's. The food was warm yet not hot. I asked for my meal to be a large and only the drink was large. I took pictures of the side by side trays to see if you could tell the difference. It wasn't worth what I paid for it. I will wait until I get to another area or just drive further out my way for better quality.
This is a good zaxby location with no issues in the past but today i got the Buffalo blue salad and there is so much Buffalo sauce i cannot finish it.
This is literally the 3rd time we have ordered drive thru, been assured the sauce was in the bag, get home with meals that COME WITH ZAX SAUCE and have no sauce.
My husband also was put in for 50% off his next order due to an entire meal being left out of an order. When we attempted to claim the 50% off we were told there were no records of IOUs because they had new management and staff.

Good experience. Location was clean. Employees were friendly and appeared to have had a good food safety class at some point. Didn’t take long to get food and it was fresh and hot. Thank you.
