I won't be coming back here. I ordered fries with no seasoning... Got fries with seasoning. I asked for a five piece chicken dinner and my boyfriend got the wings and things meal... Why were my chicken fingers the same size as his wings??? And the amount of sauce that they put into the containers is so disgustingly sad.. maybe it would be enough for a full chicken tender... If you can manage to find one that isn't "boneless wings" sized. And then the girl that was running the counter gave me an attitude when I asked for more sauce... Maybe fill up the containers and no one would have to ask you for extra..?? She was rude. And it's because of her that I will not be back to this location.
Drive thru order. Friendly staff. Fast service. Could not believe that they ripped us off on the portion. See photo for the French fries we received. 10 fries. Literally. So frustrating.
Our order was taken down improperly at drive through on an ipad by a lady. No big deal. But when we asked for our drink that was left off when we pulled around to drive through, the lady at the window was extremely rude about it. After i said thank you, she just slammed the window shut. Because of this we will not be going back to this Zaxby’s. This took place on Saturday 10/12/2024 around 5-6pm
This was my 1st time at the restaurant. I liked the atmosphere immediately. Never had a Classic Chicken sandwich. It was thick; a half inch of meat. Tender, firm, juicy. Not a small piece ! I enjoyed it completely. Should have bought another one.
This was our first good experience at this location. It was good, in fact, it was PERFECT! Made up for any of the bad!!! Cody W was literally the sweetest and the food was on point!! Keep up the good work!
Husband & I ordered salads online. I chose drive thru. We drove into the parking lot & went through the drive thru & WAITED for someone to acknowledge us on the speaker. The restaurant wasn't busy & it took some time for someone to acknowledge there was a car @ the drive thru. We were told to pull up for what seemed like a few more minutes. Frustrated, but politely, I went in & asked for my online order & gave my name. I looked around thr restaurant & asked why it took so long for the order to be prepared. No response, but there was a lady who looked in her mid to late 20's there sweeping & glared @ me. I looked @ her & said "excuse me?". Please educate your staff on courtesy to customers & promptness of delivery. Educate them to respond to customers if there is a wait & what the reason for the wait is. I promise 9/10 times your customers understand especially those who are middle aged. We get it. We were young too but some of us want to just have a heads up especially when we order online & it takes far longer than the estimated time of food readiness.

The food was absolutely amazing, better than almost every restaurant in my town. The service was great and so we're the employees, they were so kind and friendly, and my food is always gone in the first 10 minutes, and I am an extremely slow eater. I do not have a single complaint for this place. I highly recommend. Their Zax sauce is so good! I always dip my chicken in my Zax sauce and my fries in the ranch!
The egg rolls are wonderful
Update 2-9-21 we asked for extra bbq and got none i had go back and get my dressing for the salad and we got one piece of celery with our wings. Also i had no fried onions in my fried house salad We waited a long time in line and then they still didn't get it right. They seem be to going down hill lately
