On my visit here in June 2024, I had good service and good food. My order was taken quickly and food was out in good time. I had asked for no seasoning on the fries, and they delivered just that. Even added some "extra" ones in a box with the meal. Dining room was clean, and plenty of space even for the 12:00 rush. This is next to the interstate interchange, so a lot of non-locals eating here.
If you are hunting for a chicken place to eat do not go here. Easy enough to get to from the road but that is about it. We had never been here before, so we took time to look around and see what the place was like and it was fairly clean in the dinning area. Bathrooms were modern but a little messy. Once at the counter I asked for chicken breast and was told they don't serve breast but only chicken strips. I asked if they had a sandwich that had only white meat and they did. I ordered this as I was thinking it would be like Chick-Fila or KFC. When I got the sandwich, it was like a slider size, the bread was all crunched up and the piece of "breaded" chicken was about a 3" diameter and looked like it had been under the warmer for hours. I took a bite and it was tough and chewy. My wife and I left and we will never be back ! The only thing good was one of the servers that showed up to work while we were ordering seemed to know what she was doing and eager to help, but we didn't get that one to serve us :-(
Came in at 5PM. Not busy but the place is nasty. Hasn't been swept and the bathroom is disgusting. There's a giant roach in the corner of the bathroom. The big back dude who took our order was rude. He just stares at you with the personality of a wet mop. We had to ask for our cups and he tried giving us a broken cup. Knowing damn well I have a bunch of kids and that'd be a disaster.
I always get cold food sad part is I love Zaby’s but this one just sucks. Asked for a remake and it was with burnt bread and food still cold after I stated kindly I would wait for fresh food to be dropped! Nothing works with the kids that work there! Wasted my money for the last time! I never say a work I ask for a remake and literally get worse food for asking nicely i just don’t get it! After my long day at work yesterday 19 hour day I just wanted some hot food! Im glad no matter what Job I do I do it to the best of my ability!
I love Zaxby's. It is a rare treat for me because they do not have them in Colorado. I love getting to have them in Utah or wherever I happen to see them. However I stopped at this location and the food did not remind me of Zaxby's. I don't know if it was dirty oil or what but I did not enjoy my food very much. I gave most of it to my dog. Although the staff seemed very nice I appreciated that. But I do wish I had picked somewhere else to stop for dinner.
I was traveling all day. I got hungry but didn't want to buy burgers and all that garbage. Figured Zaxbys Cobb salad would be good and kinda healthy. I should've just kept driving. The lettuce was wilted. The chicken was non-existent. The honey mustard was half frozen. There's no garbage outside, so you either have to toss it on the ground or go inside and dump it. Don't stop here, pack food in a cooler.
My sandwich was so cold and stale that I couldn’t eat it. My sandwich was so covered in sauce that it was all over the inside of the bag. The fries were cold too. Chicken tenders were not worth eating. They didn’t screw up the Dr. Pepper, so great job on a 20% success! The sauce tasted spoiled like it had been sitting out. They didn’t put any napkins in the bag. The staff was flat and not friendly. This is normal for the Zaxby’s experience.
Wow, had some delicious food here. This place was hopping so it took a little bit to get my food but that was I understandable as the line practically on the highway. All of my food was hot and awesome. The salad is massive.
