Usually have pretty good luck at this location, however this past trip nothing seemed to go right. My mother in law ordered a grilled chicken salad and got fried chicken, they gave my wife's grilled chicken sandwich to someone else who ended up coming back in the sandwich was then handed too me. In fairness, they did make her a new one as well. And my tacos were basically just chicken with the sauce. The crew seemed somewhat disorganized (probably somewhat new minus the manager). I'm sure it's hard to keep consistent and quality help.
Honestly this experience was one of my most disappointing stops I’ve had in a while. Ordered two wings & things combos as well as 3 cookies as they had a deal for said 3 cookies. Never received my cookies or my receipt, food was cold and it’s almost like they purposely gave me the smallest tenders possible. The toast wasn’t toasted and the wings weren’t sauced at all. Not to mention the employee handing my food looked as if he couldn’t care less about customer service. I get it that some customers are rude but I was as nice as possible to these folks and in this instance kindness didn’t matter. Wouldn’t recommend this Zaxbys.
Food is awesome staff is friendly as well and there always quick to.get food out
Seen the commercials and radio edit's in the car while driving around or in prison. Id thought this post over sorry I made it out to seem like it was a negative experience. I'm sure your food is yummy I took culinary arts as a training class in high school.
Great hot food. The drive-thru staff were awesome!
It was good food. When I'm out of town I always like to try different places to eat. It was reasonable for a family of 4 and would definitely eat here again.
Great go-to place for my lunches nearby work. Delicious grill cheese meal, but they should offer it for adults as well, with two sandwiches fries and a drink.
Vanessa went over and beyond to ensure my food was prepared correctly and got!!! Thank you for going above!
