Best WLM Reviews
Now that’s what I am talking about. Yes !! The salad looks delicious and has plenty of toppings. ThNk you Zaxby’s. I have been a customer for o er 11 years at this location. Please keep up the good service, because I Thank you ♥️. Now someone really knows how I like my salads. Thank you Zaxby’s.
I’ll I remember when this salad was $6.79 that how long I’ve been eating here. Yet, it’s worth $10.00 today.
First off the Lawrenceville sugarloaf location across from the McDonald's never answer the phone. I went to order food 25 mins before closing and they forgot a couple of things by the time I tried calling they were closed. Mind you my order rounded up to $62. I go the next day and they said they can't do anything without a receipt, which i understand but I spoke to the employees and I know they remember me and still didn't have the decency to give my order that I paid for or my money back.
The chicken fingers and the nibbler sandwiches were too salty. Had to wipe them off with the napkins. Service was fast although the food wasn't a warm as it should have been. Zaxby's sauce package was cut from the middle and was given to us to have with our food. That went in trash right away. Not very likely to visit this location again.
I’m not gone lie this has to be the worst location. Imagine paying extra for extra fries for your autistic child and they always skimp the fries. You pay extra for no reason I’m so over this location. Now I have an upset child AGAIN. this is my last time coming to this location. Do better
Food was hot, fresh and tasted great! The lady at the front was very sweet and made me feel welcomed. All the tables were clean, floor clean and bathrooms were clean. It's been a long time since I've visited a fast food that met all the expectations and I hope they keep it this way for when I come back.
This is my primary Zaxby's location. Ordered a meal was WAY over salted. Was told to come back so that they can make it better I wasn't initially going to come back but I gave another chance and they even left out the fries and gave me a few drizzle of ranch. I will be giving this to my dogs and I will go to a different Zaxby's... What a shame. Here is a screenshot of them "Making it right". I hate making this review but it shall and needs to be known.
Clean. Good customer service. Plenty of parking. Weight time if you go through the drive through. No dine in. Mobile orders pickup only. Delivery services go inside to pickup.
Update : Crystal is theeee BEST… customer service is top tier.. every time I come here the customer service gets better and that’s why I keep coming back… Crystal thanks for correcting what was wrong last night and going the extra mile to keep me coming back.. welcome to lawrenceville and Zaxby’s she deserves to be recognized because her customer service is UNMATCHED!!!!
