This has to be the most poorly ran place ever. I go in Sunday, they mess my order up and let it sit for about 40 minutes while I was waiting in curbside pickup. I go inside to get my food and all I get is attitude from an older lady. I speak the the GM on the phone, she tells me to come back one of these days and they will make it up to me and remake my order. So I go back today and see if they can redeem themselves, but sadly they didn't. They again mess up my order. First they cover my chicken tenders in sauce, when I had chosen the option to dip. So I get home to soggy chicken tenders. Then my salad once again is messes up. I asked for double egg and double cucumbers, and I got zero of both. I just got a sad looking salad. It's just horrible. They messed up my lunch and dinner two days this week. Just ridiculous service that they should be ashamed of. And the younger girl at the register today was very rude and dismissive. That place is a joke. I will never go back there, and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to stay away from that place. Look at my sad a$$ salad they gave me. This just isn't acceptable.
Got the nibblerz meal. Drinks were horrible. Tatsed like straight carbonation. There was no ice in the ice machine, so even the water was warm. They didn't give me my fries. The sandwiches were drowned in sauce. Counter help was just ho hum about taking my order. The parking lot was littered with trash. Just a whole bad deal. I can say it's the worst zaxbys I've been to and I travel for a living so......Guess my business is going elsewhere.
I don’t bother going here. The service is HORRIBLE. Even when you order online, you end up waiting a minimum of ten minutes for your food. Every single time. I mean, I show up later than my pickup time so I don’t have to wait, and I’ve had to wait over 10mins EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I only stopped here cause we were driving right past it and my husband wanted it. I figured drive thru would be faster, Stupid thought. Waited like 15mins for the people in front of us. You know, cause they had 1 Item. The salads are good and big. I don’t care for the other food as much. The service is just so terrible that I’d rather not go here ????????♀️

Went here an hour before close and waited at the drive thru for a couple minutes before getting a response while finishing up the order of a loaded fry and a kickin chicken sandwich a girl in the background screams “WE’RE CLOSED!”. Rolled up to the window and a guy was laughing while the girl that screamed was giving side eye. Gave us our drink and waited a good 10/15 minutes for the food. We also got charged for 6 sauces when you get 2 with your meal. After the guy gave us our food we checked it. and they gave us a signature sandwich meal instead of a kickin chicken. Finally got someone’s attention as they were ignoring the fact that we were still there and the girl and she said “what the hell” closed the door after we explained. She came back with the sandwich and the bread… soft like they took it out of the bag threw it in the microwave for 15 seconds and slapped it on the chicken. It’s supposed to be toasted. My fiancé is definitely pissed because who wants to eat a sandwich with soggy bread?? All because they wanted to be lazy.
I usually just go through the drive-thru, which is slow. I ordered extra chicken on my salad but I think they just copied up the chicken that was already on there to make it look like they have me what I asked for.
I tried zaxbys for the first time… I am picky when it comes to finding a good chicken spot (a lot of competition) !! I was sleepin on this place! Food was fresh and hot, everything was so good and flavorful ! Juicy chicken!!! I would choose this place over Chick-fil-A and raising canes every time!! Thank you
Fast food 4 star say it ain’t so. But they earned it. The staff are extremely friendly and I have always been made to feel welcomed even when they are slammed. The Cobb salad is one of the best salads in Hampton. I have not found a wilted leaf of lettuce yet. I did have weak tomatoes once out of the 12 times. The grilled chicken is always cooked through and has the expected nice flavor. I do enjoy the fried mushrooms and have no complaints about them although they aren’t spectacular. Got some tenders and they were tasty.
Walked in to the store and the water dripping on me from the ceiling. Second I bought a 6 tender chicken plate. the plate itself costed $13.39 but on my recipet it was 15.29 around that and the tax was $2 and some change i would like to add that i got my tenders tossed in a sauce and was told by the cashier himself that it dosent charge me for that so i bought that order and the total came around 17 and some change i was confused how the total was that when the plate it self was only 13.39 but on my recipet it said the plate itself was 15.29 so i was baffled when that was the total which it shouldn’t have been. After going back inside the same cashier who took my order didn’t help the situation whatsoever. So later when calling the zaxby’s they said it charges for tossed tenders but how ever the cashier told me different and said it didn’t account to the total. i’m very dissatisfied after being lied too like that
