Best WLM Reviews
I have always loved zaxby’s until today. I received my order only to find it was COATED in flies… Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again. They have some serious health and safety concerns to address. I understand that restaurants may have flies from time to time, but to let food walk out of their doors like this with MULTIPLE flies in someone’s food is VERY disgusting. I hope there is some sort of action taken to correcting the environment within this location, considering I am not the only one who has seen quality issues regarding cleanliness of this location and pest control…
This place is disgusting. My family and I spent our whole visit trying to eat shewing flies away. Dead flies laying on tables. Bathrooms were disqusting! The mens restroom had NO SOAP! Their Ice machine was out of ice and when I looked up in it there was mold all inside of it! I have plenty of photos! This will be our last trip at this location! I didn't even see a manager. I seen all kids playing around laughing and joking. There is nothing funny about this place!! There food is too high for service like this. They was out of Cheese?? This location used to be EXCELLENT! THEY NEED A MAKEOVER ASAP. Look at these photos below ????
This is a MINUS 5 stars. Worst food ever. Should have checked restroom before ordering. Would have left. N. A. S. T. Y.
Response from management was predictable. Contact them at website to “correct” the issue. I think the problem was stated clearly enough. What do you do with a NASTY bathroom ? CLEAN IT.
It was a time I didn't really think that I cared for Zaxby's but I was completely wrong the chicken is Juicy all the time I even like their Fry's and the zax sauce
I drive there last night to pick up food for family. Get to drive thru at 5.30 on Saturday night. I am told “we are not talking orders in person. You have to order in line or through door dash”
The dumbest thought process I can remember.
So I am punished for trying to come buy instead of having delivered
This is getting ridiculous the past three times I have went to this Zaxby’s I always order an eight piece boneless chicken meal one time they completely didn’t put it in the bag and gave me some other food, the second time the forgot my girlfriends strawberry bites, then tonight I ordered the same thing and my EIGHT PIECE WAS FIVE PIECES and one of our teas emptied into my cub holder all I can say is these people need to go to kindergarten if they can’t count to eight also if the drive through is fast don’t count on your orders being right I pay a lot of money to get my order messed up and I’m tired of it
The other day, my Pregnant Daughter wanted Zaxby’s at 10 o’clock in the morning. It says they open at 10 o’clock so we were in the drive-through at 10 o’clock to the speaker and the lady goes. Sorry we’re not open until 1030 or 11. Those numbers don’t sound like to me.????????
It was our first time to Zaxby's. Everything we got was over cooked, dry and tough. Two bites into her sandwich my girlfriend stopped eating and asked to not suggest going there again.
