Been here twice today both times got very little fries. 9$ for a zax snack is not worth it. Barely get any fries. Every other Zaxby’s I go to put way more then this. Should be ashamed
To begin, I only got two fingers on my Big Zax meal. Next, I ordered online and had to sit in the drive-thu to get my order because the doors were locked. I should have ordered when I got there, then maybe my food would have been fresh. The food was cold and the serve was below average. Overall, not at all what I expected from Zaxby's.
Demetrius is such a kind and helpful employee. He always make us feel welcome and he is very thoughtful! He is awesome! Always a great experience here.
Came by 10/19/23 evening to try the chicken Philly and as you can see from the picture, I got a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. No peppers, no onions, just chicken, bread and cheese thrown on top. Ridiculous for what this cost. I will say service was fast and friendly and my wife’s food was great but this is unacceptable. Zaxbys has a better reputation than this. Need to step it up!
The fried mushrooms used to be good, but they are now....well, not mushrooms, but mostly batter and air.
UPDATE: After this complaint, the restaurant "comp"ed me my next order of fried mushrooms; alas, they were just as disappointing. I'll pass from here on...
This location has been terrible lately. The staff is so rude and not customer friendly. Everytime I call in an order or place one on the app. It takes an additional 20-30 minutes past the time. It negates the purpose of the mobile app.
They must’ve gotten rid of the problematic staff because as of lately service and the food quality has improved. I haven’t had any issues so thank you for making changes, Zaxby’s used to be really good in the early 2000’s but clearly they’ve made changes to their meat products but it’s tolerable. I recommend coming here during the day-time!
This a sad excuse for a wings and things meal. Bottom of the barrel fries and wings with absolutely no sauce on them. Ya'll have got to do better.
