First time ever on Zaxbys... I got some nice chicken tacos. Really good. Friendly staff.
Ordered four fingers with two sets of fries. Then I ordered four fingers with one set of fries and a bread. For delivery. Zaxbys sent two orders of 4 fingers Cole slaw and fries. I drove to the store in the rain, to fix this to what is reflected on the receipt verbally communicating what it was I ordered. Got home and received two orders of four chicken fingers and two sets of fries. Something simple is not, for the cook today. The lady on the phone did not state the establishments name when answering. I had to ask if this was the right number, and location. Sometimes google does not reflect accurate information. She was kind and a delight to speak with. The man who taken my order and relayed what was needed to thr cook, was kind and a delight to speak with as well.
Employees left me and my family standing for about 10-15 minutes while pacing around appearing to look busy. Finally she comes around and yells back at the fellow employee and says “you are not about to roll your eyes at me.” They exchanged words and finally able peace out order 20 minutes later. Food was done quickly. However the utensils wasn’t stocked or supplied without asked. Also didn’t like the criticism of the fact we told her one of our items was to go. It wasn’t in a to go box. If these people don’t want to be employed here why are we paying these kind of people to run franchises. I get we all have bad days but what I seen today was far from a fast food chain I’d visit again. Oh almost forgot. The women’s bathroom was completely flooded. They acted like no big deal. Someone’s coming to fix it. No wet floor signs or even trying to mop it up. Thanks bye!
There was a long straight black hair with my french fries. Not happy about that. Other than that, the food was decent and service was fine. The funnel cake was delicious.
Before my last experience here I would have given this Zaxby's 5 stars across the board but yesterday I stopped by with my boyfriend to grab a quick snack and we ordered a small fry and their new veggie egg rolls. The fry's were ok, under seasoned though but the egg rolls were so burnt my boyfriend couldn't even eat them. The man working drive thru wouldn't give us our total until we got to the window either.
Absolutely amazing service. They had my food ready before I got to the window. The lady at the window, Javona (I think), was so pleasant and very easy to talk to. The food tasted great also.
Terrible service. Workers with attitudes acting like they don’t wanna work. Restaurant is DISGUSTING. Forget about asking for your food (that you’re paying for) to be fried hard. They won’t do it. And every time I’ve come, my food has been undercooked. Fast food workers are hilarious.
Worst zaxbys experience I’ve ever had, lady at the front was incredibly rude, didn’t say two words to us the whole time we were ordering, started off staring at us and then finally said “I need a name for the order” told her the name and that was the last couple words she said, went back to the counter and asked for seasoning for our fries she looked dumbfounded when she finally handed it to me I said thank you and she turned back around to talk to the kitchen. Worst customer service, if you hate your job work somewhere else.
